Got my order correct with modifications. Polite in drive thru window and gave a pleasant experience.
5 stars for being one of the best Arby's experiences multiple times.
Edit, removal of stars for wasting my time and messing up the order. Then not answering the phone to make it right.
Ordered 3 things, fried turkey special, no sauce, with large curly fry
1 turkey gyro, no sauce
Confirmed with drive thru guy no sauce. He then offered me sauce and made the joke that I didn't want any because I left it all off already. I get to work and my sandwich was covered in sauce. I can't leave work to go back. Wasted 10 solid minutes calling the store and got no answer.
Dropped from a 5 star to a 2 star . Only reason you kept the second star is the nice guy who was working the drive thru.
I was starving and didn't eat Lunch and was in Irondale headed to a Nail Appointment and decided to stop for a quick bite and saw that they had a 3 for $5 deal. I got the Chicken Slider, Ranch Chicken Wrap, and Small Curly Fries and added on a Strawberry Lemonade. Everything was fresh and delicious and very filling and the staff was nice and quick with my Food. I will definitely stop by this location again when in the Area.
I came here around 8:20pm, there were about two cars in the drive through when I pulled up to order. After ordering I pulled to the window and was hand food where I was missing an item. They informed me that I hadn’t been charged for the missing item, which was no big deal, I placed the order for them and pulled ahead to wait as ask. While I’m waiting I decided to check my boyfriend burger so we ordered with NO ONIONS due to his allergy to them, well it indeed had a TON , I took it inside and they assured me they’d remake it right away and it would be out with my cheese sticks, STILL NO BIG DEAL. So I’m waiting, waiting and waiting and realizing they have served all 10 cars that were behind me and I’ve been waiting on my burger and cheese sticks for 20mins now. I asked for some kind of apology or at least SOME acknowledgment for my wait but was only told by an employee that “their manager told them to come tell me there’s nothing to be done about my wait”.
It's another fast food chain at the end of the day with fast food style burgers and wraps. One menu item that they provide that the other fast food places don't is their classic gyro. Their curly fries are really good too. I would have appreciated a little better behavior from the staff but they looked disinterested most of the times because they were closing(understandable).
Usually has nice employees at the dt window. One of the better fast food places in the area.. it is still an Arby's though.
This place is a laughable disaster. Tried to order through drive through. It was wildly unsuccessful after much patience. I swear I was being punked. Bizarre experience.
I went inside to place my order which was for my whole family. The lady at the counter was very friendly and the manager watched over the process to make sure I got everything I ordered. I do appreciate the friendly service and the food was delicious too - and a bargain. Going back this week to Arby's when the grands come over for dinner.
