The food is always hot and fresh, and the customer service is always great and friendly!!
Hard bread, green tomatoes soggy cold bacon. Mozzarella sticks cold and greasy literally dripping. SLOW! Milkshake machine broken.
I realize it's the middle of the afternoon but my experience should be better. The curly fries I was given were chewy and tasted like they had been fried in old frying oil. The Gyro was good but I never could get a full cup of ice. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. Not one of the better stores I've been in.
New look!!! Updated looks nice missing the pickle bar thing (not because of Covid there is no place for it) Clean, friendly staff, good food (grease was a bit old maybe it was a busy day)
The girl who took our order was nice. After that it wasn't great today. They weren't busy, it was just my girl and I waiting for food inside. One guy spent the entire visit talking to his buddy at the register while there was dirty tables and trash and food at multiple places on the floor. Then it took 15 minutes for food that came to us cold and sloppily thrown together. Maybe it was just today, but it wasn't a great experience today.
Terrible service. We had ordered thru the app and we're the only ones in the lobby. We were ignored the first 10 minutes. Then they didn't have 2 of our items and offered us a cookie but no refund on our unavailable items. Those items cost way more than a cookie. If there was an adult working there we never saw them. Only kids and 1 boy was on his phone the whole time and another was wearing sliders. Not appropriate footwear for a restaurant kitchen. Will never go back to this location.
One would think ya would get some fresh food but guess again. Wouldn’t waste your time stopping. Fries are from the bottom of the fryer. S.h.i.t.y.
I should know by now if I go through the drive through to check. But I always say no mayo on every sandwich I ever get anywhere but this time I just said no sauces to be easier. But there was mayo???? I was able to scrape it off and look at the receipt and they didn't let the cook know. But other than that it was a perfectly cooked chicken sandwich
