Food is always cold and takes forever to get. I always ask for sauce and extra even tell them I will pay for extra and NEVER receive it. Why offer something and not give it. Disgusting and disappointing
The cashier was impolite and shut the window before my group could give the exact change due. When he reopened the window, we communicated what we had tried to do. The employee acted unprofessional, raising his voice disputing our claims. The manager ended up correcting the issue, but unfortunately, the management is also lacking in the courtesy department. Our food was great, but the staff left a bad taste in our mouths. This has not been our experience in the past, so it was disappointing.
Some people on lunch breaks can only go to Arby's and have time to actually eat. it would be nice especially as a regular who gets the same thing every time to 1 get there order made right 2 not have to wait over 10 minutes to watch my food sit there while workers are standing and talking about Facebook 3 get huffed and puffed at when i asked for a sauce packet and then get it thrown at me. Get better workers who dont just stand and talk while food gets nasty. ( not to mention the lady seen me walk in helped another customer and as soon as i walked up next for my order she walked away. ) get better at ur job.

This location does better than a lot of fast food places around here. They're not perfect and sometimes the food isn't perfectly fresh but honestly it happens everywhere. Most of the time we go, the foods good, the service is good, and they get our order right. You'd think that's the bare minimum but these days that puts them up towards the top.
Arby's has a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich that has a wonderful barbecue sauce. The smoky flavor really comes through. Ask for a little extra sauce. Of course, no sandwich at Arby's would be complete without their signature curly fries. They are nicely seasoned and always crispy.
The new app finally works well. I enjoyed a free item for my birthday from them!
Ezekiel that works on nights is the best! Super friendly and made things a awesome experience!
