I've historically had a bad time at most Arby's, but the wife likes their classics. This location was something of a different experience. I was shocked at how clean the place was and how pleasant the cashier was. Sandwiches were good, too. I'm kind of glad we live so close and that this will be our regular location.
Love Arby's new menu. They are trying healthy menu and so far so good. I had jalopeno bacon ranch chicken wrap and corn beef Ruben. They were tasty. I would suggest to wrap chicken better though. They were all concentrated in the middle and the last few bites were nothing but wrap and runny sauce.
I ordered a single burger meal and jalapeño poppers. The burger looked like it had been stuffed into and carried around in someone's pocket all day. Bun was too soaked in (grease?) and I could not even pick it up to inspect it further without it falling apart in my hand. I just threw it away cause I had to get to work. Never again!
One of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever been to. I was really surprised upon entering to see how clean this Arby’s was. Only a few people inside the restaurant, but definitely someone is doing a great job keeping it tidy. Even the restrooms were clean!
Good food and fast service. Fantastic strawberry lemonade. Placed a pick-up order, and it was ready when I got there. Love the app and the rewards/perks.
I am SO GLAD they brought back the potato cakes. I went back (twice) just for them... and brought friends and family. I understand the potato cakes are for a "limited time only," but really they need to stay on the menu. You can get fries anywhere, but not potato cakes.
Always come here if I have my choice for Arby's in Knoxville, the food is always fresh, the staff are always very friendly and professional. Melanie in particular is very sweet and always gets My order spot on!
Very nice experience. The young ladies waiting on us were very nice and helpful. Their Happy Hour menu from 2pm to 5pm is great! Modern look inside.
