Very polite gentleman greeting me at the window. He made sure my order was correct and made sure I had all my sauces before he handed me my bags. It was a pleasant visit from the typical drive-thru experiences I've had recently.
I went there for my mother for the TV advertised $7 meal deal. When I asked for it they said it wasn't the deal. Paid full price. My daughter went after work and got the same meal for $7. The young lady taking my order didn't know her job. Disappointing experience.
For my first time and it also being drive thru it was okay. The lady taking our order was nice but seemed overwhelmed. And the young man was a little to sturn when I was making sure I got my orders. When we got to the window the lady seemed so unhappy and that young man looked frustrated. All we could say to her was thank you to get a smile.
Eli gave us great service. The restaurant was clean. Serving Dr. Pepper! Roast beef was flavorful, cheddar cheese with it was tasty. Curly fries were fresh and crispy. The restaurant is hiring also! Handy location right off Aliante parkway!
Meal was incorrectly labeled with another order. This is not the first time Arby Aliante has not filled an order correctly or completely. We haven't ordered from this Arby's in almost a year, but we thought they would have correctly trained their employes or at least have a quality control person to check all orders.
Deep fried turkey sandwich "The Gobbler" was a great disappointment. It tasted like salty lunch meat nothing deep fried about it at all.
UPDATE< Manager called me to make it right. Will give this store another shot.
I went to the drive-thru. I placed an order for a chicken sandwich combo. I was asked to pull to the front of the store so they could finish my order. I waited 30 minutes, no one came out to deliver my food. I went inside and the manager was really nice and respectful. He put my order together quickly, give me a free dessert for my wait. Which I thought was amazing! I left the store. Upon enjoying my meal, I realized that my chicken was raw in the middle. The french fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. Arby's, please do better!
Usually I love this place how ever I just paid $17 for a beef and cheddar which only had 3 slices of meat, more bread than anything, my chicken bacon ranch fries for a first time trying them out had no chicken at all. None. This is horrible I asked the white boy why no
