They gave me all the tiny hard leftover fries ????. See the pictures. Regular roast beef was skimpy. Fish sandwich was dried out or overcooked. Yuk. Turkey bacon sandwich was good but not for almost 9 bucks.
I have been visiting this Arby's for about a year now. The food is always great and the restaurant is always clean. Ranjeet is an excellent manager who always makes sure my dining experience is exceptional. She always has a smile on her face and a kind word. Also love the music they have playing in the restaurant.
“Maria“ The employee at the drive-through was very courteous, patient and professional. I’ve been wanting to get the roast beef sandwich for quite a while, so I decided to stop on my way home from my early shift at work.
She greeted me with a smile and was very courteous, professional, and insured I was satisfied, I will definitely be coming back to this location thanks Maria. Keep up the good work. We need more “Maria’s”in our life. ???????? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would never recommend eating at this place . I was eating my food and notice a big white lint in my food . Took it out and then noticed a piece of hair on my bun .. I then proceeded to call and ask for manager one girl handed the phone to another lady .. who was doing the drive through who kept yelling in the phone anything else I said I would like to speak to the manager ..then finally spoke to the male manager who did not let me get one word in said I need to bring the whole sandwich back .. well here u go u all should be fired. Worst customer service. Worst word Worst never again .
The restaurant was clean and inviting. The staff was not very cheery. I ordered my food through the app (easy process) and picked up my food inside the restaurant. I ate inside. The tables and floors were clean.
today I bought food in this place, after a while I came back again for a drink. the saleswoman who was here, in a rude tone, said whether I bought this drink here, to which I said yes. and then she tells me I don't remember you.... I can't figure out how long people should remember me....am I their friend???? and in my direction of accusations, I showed that I have an order in the program and there is my order made today. to which this woman did not react in any way(did not even ask for forgiveness!!!)
I usually dig any other Arby's. But, always have a terrible experience with this specific location. The roast beef on the promo sandwich ordered earlier today is straight up rubber. Not even chewable. The ads for it got me that quick craving. And, clearly, I should've known better.
Figured the management might have changed over the years? Idk. The pic is from a "mishap" from one of my very few visits a few years ago. Yuck!
Top it off with a big sign that says "No refunds or exchanges". Huge red flag. Not willing to back their own product.
I don't think I've ever left a bad review anywhere before. There's just never been one particular "restaurant" that has wronged me pretty much every time. I literally take 2 bites, and the second bite is just to see if it was THAT BAD. Then it goes in the trash.
Keep in mind I have nothing against Arby's in general. I love Arby's. This particular spot just DOES NOT have the meats.
Ordered two roast beef sandwiches with cheese got home no cheese.
Called the store and was told to come back after getting home already.
After asking some more questions I was hung up on.
Call back and another person answered and told me they could not help me if I didn't wanna come back that same day.
