Ordered beef gyros. Completely cold. Not it was sitting for a while and it wasn’t hot anymore, or it’s a little lukewarm, but it was completely cold as in it was never heated up. Wasn’t a busy time either. Will not return to this location.
Just waited 22 minutes in the drive through. They seemed understaffed and very overwhelmed. This is 100% on the owners of this business as the employees were rushing around doing multiple jobs. This place has been a wreck since covid.
I sat in the drive through for 6 min waiting for someone to take my order, said hello multiple times. Noone took my order. I drove away but there was a lady in the drive through area inside. Maybe their speaker is broken? definitely not a quick stop place for "fast food". I guess only go here if you have time to waste. Not the 1st time this has happened or else I wouldn't leave a bad review. I just want to eat arbys.
Got 2 of the same orders and they weren't that busy, first one perfect came with cheese and everything but the second one which was the same order as the first came with no cheese and all meat. I mean the sandwiches are good don't get me wrong but just meat and bread is not as good and not as flavorful.
We ordered our food. After waiting for 25 minutes we asked about our food. Someone had cleared it without serving. This was honestly not that big of a deal in my eyes everyone makes mistakes. Then gave us an incorrect sandwich, we asked for the correct sandwich and got the wrong sandwich again. After that we finally got the right sandwich. At this point I'm peeved but nowhere is perfect.
The breaking point for me was after my meal I got up to use the restroom to do my business. After 5 minutes someone on the staff came to the bathroom and threatened to call the police. "You're not gonna be in my bathroom all night. You've got 10 minutes and I'm calling the police." I don't know what in the world was going on there but I don't think I'll be returning to this Arby's again.
I went through the drive through on this visit. Food was nice and hot, carefully wrapped, and prepared in a timely manner. I would return.
My sandwich was cold. Everything else was good as always.
My favorite fast food restaurant. Love em to death. They got the best cheese sauce for French fries and they have the meats. A whole lotta meats
