10:30am and everything in the dining area is filthy. There’s no way this much grime was created BEFORE the lunch hour. Fingerprints and food smears on TOP the condiment dispenser near the levers, stuff all over the BOTTOM trays and counter. Tables weren’t clean and floor hadn’t been swept. One customer in the dining area, plenty of employees on duty that could have been tidying up. I won’t be going back. Gross. Whoever owns this location clearly isn’t paying attention to their business.
3rd week in a row I’ve stopped here at noon and no one could be bothered to take my order or even come out of the back room to acknowledge there was a customer at the counter even though the place is completely empty.
Wouldn't know how to rate the food, as we waited for half an hour for our food, which we saw sitting nearly complete on the shelf, for 15 minutes. Got sick of waiting so got a refund and left. And we weren't the only ones getting refunded and leaving. Wish I could leave zero stars for everything!
They're out of everything except plain roast beef. Can't even get one of their specialty roast beef sandwiches. Just basic roast beef on a bun.
Well i ordered one sandwich the bbq bacon brisket without the onions. Got a cold sandwich with onions. I order without them just so I get a warm sandwich. Took it back and the guy really didnt want to do it. Guess 730 pm is closing time. No napkins I asked they were out. So grabbed some from the next restaurant. Not very good vibes here. Sign said paying $18 hr. Guess that wasnt incentive enough. Also pepper sause out in the dispenser. Thumbs down bigtime. It was 731 pm and they wete putting all the chairs up on tables felt like I was being asked to leave!! Hehehoe. Never will eat here again

I have visited here about a hundred times. They often [at least half the time] are out of some selections on the soda fountain, and out of select menu items like Mozz sticks. If they have the mozzarella sticks they don't have marinara or dipping sauce. Always something. It has a nice atmosphere and friendly people but just poor management.
3rd time I went in to this restaurant and bought 2 sandwiches and came out with only 1 . I wasn't the only one that they did that too today.
