Best WLM Reviews

Placed an online order at 7:30pm and arrived at the store for pickup. Nothing waiting and rude customer service saying “we tried to call you” (and not any calls to my phone, of course). “We’re out of roast beef” here it is 4 hours until closing and the store that “has the meats” had none. They forgot to start another roast early enough in the shift ????
As if this ridiculousness wasn’t enough, I could not get a refund and was told to contact the GM in the morning but, they wouldn’t give the name, I was told it was on the door!
The staff was polite and friendly. And thoughtful - I forgot to order sauce and ketchup. They noticed and added it to the bag for me! I appreciate the little things. I will be making it my “stop at” food stop. (I don’t live in their city) but pass by all the time.
Gave this place multiple tries the past month and it keeps getting worse... food is never right and can't get it fixed... told that once it's in my hands, it's not on them to fix it....same thing tonight.... nothing in the order was right....and customer service is nonexistent
Terrible food! We stopped for lunch and tried these roast beef and brisket sandwiches. They had a ton of Mayo on them, the cheese wasn’t melted, the fried onions were cold and overcooked and the brisket was undercooked. We were traveling so we were on the road by the time we started eating these disgusting sandwiches. I completed a review from the restaurant receipt, but never heard back from the restaurant. Last time wasting my money here.
My daughter and I went to have dinner at this Arby’s restaurant as it is closer to our home. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Wrap meal and she ordered a roast beef sandwich meal. Below you will see pictures of what I was given…the tortilla was so hard that when they cut it the knife did not go all the way through so I had to tear it apart, the tortilla crumbled (2nd pic). I proceeded to unwrap it and just eat the insides, the tortilla was, as I stated earlier extremely hard, standing up like a taco salad bowl. Absolutely ridiculous. On the flip side the internal ingredients were fresh and tasty and the fries were hot and delicious. If I were a restaurant I would be ashamed to serve that to my consumers. From this point forward we will drive across town to the other Arby’s as we have never had any complaints with the food or service.
I stopped by for a quick lunch. I ordered a gyro combo with curly fries and Coke. The mature lady at the counter was very friendly and accommodating! My meal was served quickly and it was delicious!
While placing order in drive thru I got to window to pay and asked young lady nicely, if I could switch from curly fry to crinkle and she literally rolled her eyes then told me pull up they’d bring my order out. Ok, I pull forward. I just happened look in my side mirror cause I heard someone yelling, I noticed same girl was hanging out window looking my way. Few minutes later another girl came out and said “your card didn’t pass!” I said excuse me? She said “ya card failed!” Her attitude wasn’t much better than first honestly. I said “it didn’t take Payment?” She said “NO!” By that point I’m losing my Godliness I kindly said “ok, never mind then, and personally the girl in drive thru had an attitude so I’ll eat elsewhere.” And damned if she didn’t roll her eyes too!
With kids working there now days is sad, very sad, NO RESPECT!!!
Shows their character.
If ya so disappointed and unhappy in your job find one where you don’t have interactions with humans!
Very nice staff. My food was ready for pickup as soon as I got there and I had all my food. Although they were out of roast beef, they let me get fresh chicken tenders instead and they were super good & their diet Dr Pepper wasn’t flat like most restaurants. Def coming back.
