Best WLM Reviews
I normally don't go to Arby's that often. When I do go to this Arby's location in Payson, AZ. I normally get the double roast beef sandwich meal large. I also like that they have diet Dr pepper at this location. I was disappointed to find out that this location or maybe all Arby's locations don't carry the pecan chicken sandwich year round. I was also disappointed that they stopped the 3/5 deal at this location. That's why I gave it three stars instead of five because they don't carry the pecan chicken sandwich and stopped the 3/5 deal on sliders. Sometimes I get the coupons for the sliders in the mail. I haven't gotten a chicken pecan sandwich coupon in the mail this year. I wish they would really carry the pecan chicken sandwich and the 3/5 silders year round. It is a good sandwich and it's also healthy. 3/5 is a also good if you want something cheap and not have a big meal. So anyways this is a typical Arby's. It has all the sandwiches and drinks and fries that you find at a typical Arby's. Other than that it's a good place to eat if you like Arby's and you need a place to stop and eat after a trip or if you're hungry.
My husband and I stopped on our way back to the valley from Pinetop. The staff was friendly (Terry in particular), the food was prepared very quickly and was piping hot. The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. We'd definitely return here for another stop through!
Great place, love their sandwiches. Got the Pecan Chicken Sandwich. Does not look like the promotion picture at all, not as filled with the salad part, but very good. Also, enjoyed their delicious Orange shake, and my all time favorite, Mozzarella Sticks. Yummm.
This is the first time I’m going there but i like it
I ordered chicken sandwich and fries
Really like it
No waiting time
Their fries looks different but I like it
I saw a long waiting lines of cars outside
So I realize the food is good
We sometimes stop here when in Payson. The service is usually good and the food is what you would expect from Arby’s.
Last night right around closing time Anthony served us and gave us excellent service with a smile. He really understands customer service and should be given a raise. I don’t write many reviews but his service deserves 5 stars. Thank you.
Haven’t been to Arby’s in a long time, but had a really good experience, really nice people welcoming and good service.
Food is good , love the sources they have too.
Cashier courteous, food Service slow, not busy. Shake Machine down. Food was fine.
Chick was high. Didn't even say can I take your order. Waited 3 minutes for her say something. Took 15 minutes to get something that went in a fryer and I was the only customer.
