I just went to the drive thru with only 2 vehicles in front. Wasn’t really busy. I ordered 2 beef n cheddar meals and one sandwich barely had cheddar sauce and the other had none. What a waist of money.
Went through the drive thru. After I pulled away I noticed I did not receive the sliced onions I asked for. I parked and was getting out when I noticed after two drinks my large strawberry lemonade was empty. All I had was a glass completely full of ice. I realize I did not specify light ice but to only get two drinks from a large drink I believe is wrong. They gave me some sliced onions... Enough for 2 of the 4 sandwiches I bought. As for the drink they said they are required to fill the cup with ice. I may try a different Arby's to see if it is different but I will not come back here.
The food is always hot and made correctly. Staff is friendly and always acknowledge when you come in inside. Drive throu moves fast. Place is clean and pleasant to eat in.

I just came back from this Arby’s , guy sounded Nice on the speaker , I ordered a Large Chicken/bacon/swiss sandwich, NO TOMATO, NO LETTUCE ! Large Curly fry , Large Fanta orange . I get my food , I had a large CRINKLE fry container with a small serving . I had to tell him I said Curly fry , I paid for another because I wanted two fries , whatever , I notice the chicken sandwich wrapper isn’t Hot so immediately already knew there was an issue . Opened it , two slices of cheese , not melted . LETTUCE . Barely cooked bacon . Oh and a Medium Fanta ! This guy completely gave me what he wanted to . Don’t know his name , but he’s heavyset . Do better !
Took 5 minutes before anyone came over to take order. No customer in drive thru one order on screen for pickup and 2 employees moving at a snail pace. Glad I'm traveling so won't have to come back to this location
Despite all the other impatient customers, the staff were very polite and apologetic towards the delays. The staff brought our food to us which was nice.
Only their Drive Thru at Arby's was open at their IH35 Live Oak location. No Dining In. This is two years into the Covid Pandemic in which carryout is the only means of dining. There were five cars in front of me in the Drive Thru. All were processed quite quickly. No long waits between customers. The call in order speaker was clear. Ordered two Classic Roast Beef sandwiches to go and & to prevent over issuing, limited the number of sandwich sauces to two each of Horseradish & Arby's. The Rib sandwich is no longer on the menu; otherwise I would have added it to my order. The sandwich was warm and delicious when I arrived home.
