The cooking area wasn't clean. For example, normally, you can see the polished stainless steel above the frying area. Instead, there was brown caked on grease. I didn't stay to order. This is one of the reasons I go in versus using drive-through, I want to see how clean the prep areas are. In general, I do frequent Arby's, but this one wasn't up to standards.
Only two employees so a little slow, but were friendly.
Normally this is an ok arbys. But they gave me a raw hamburger. I know you may not be used to cooking them but time to train. Would have just called but Phone line goes to fax machine, nice. Online reviews live forever .
Garbage. Poor, poor quality of food. Chicken sandwich and fries appear and taste like they were cooked hours ago and left under heat lamp until customers FINALLY arrived. Both were hard as rock upon biting. I refuse to eat what I've paid for. Even the coke has a funny taste to it, smh. No wonder the parking lot is so empty every time I pass by.
Came in for a fish sandwich, an was able to sit inside that's a plus. Customer service was excellent
The food and staff were great. There was a sign on both bathroom door that said bathrooms are closed.
I have given this location several tries. The food is usually disgusting and a waste of my money. I asked for hot fries because the last time they were extremely cold. When I received my order it appears that they just put old fries in the microwave to appear hot and fresh. The fries were disgusting and tasted like they were reheated and had been sitting out for a while. My beef and cheddar tasted as if the bread was stale and was cold. The soda tasted as if it needed to be replaced…it was very flat. Once I got home, I ended up throwing it all out. This is like the third time that I have had this experience. How is this ok? This should not be acceptable.
Went close to closing 1030 ish ordered the Market fresh sandwich , got the sandwich with no turkey just 2 strips of bacon, called the store 2x before closing at 11 NO ANSWER called back at 1105 and a worker answered, all i could hear was a lady screaming in the backgroud saying that it was meat on the f$@&ing sandwich and that i must have ate it off ???? then the lady on the phone said that the meat is weighed for the sandwich i told her that i understood that but there was no meat on mine she then asked the lady that was yelling if she wanted to speak to me she took the phone and hung up on me.
