Just wanted something quick and hot after a ling day. The staff at the drive thru was friendly, the food was freshly made and I wondered why I don't come here more often, it was really good.
Visited this Arby’s a little after 12 on my lunch break. My wrap was ready by the time I pulled up to the window and I didn’t wait more than 3 minutes in line with two cars in front of me. Wrap was constructed well, held up on my trip, and tasted quite good, especially with their three pepper hot sauce. Met and exceeded my expectations for a fast food drive thru experience.
This place was terrible. DT packed and the whole lobby was a complete wreck. No napkins, no ketchup and the drink counter was a mess. My number 1 Double was served without curly fries which are the ONLY fries that should be served at an Arby's. Also, I wasn't informed of this until after I was already served. The roast beef was decent but the cheese was short, almost none. I can understand a busy day, but this is just terrible.
Went to the drive thru. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and courteous. Same awesome guy when I paid at the window. Asks me to pull forward they needed to make my 2 chicken sandwiches and cheese sticks. 20 minutes later I go in because it's been 20 minutes. 2 or three people came and left. I figured they got busy inside but no one was inside. The gentleman behind the counter asked to take my order. I said y'all already did. Did y'all forget about me? And he said that the gentleman working the drive thru was going to bring it but had another customer. I asked if anyone else could have brought it out. The gentleman behind the counter said it wasn't his order so it wasn't his job to bring it out. I know help is hard to find. But this place needs someone to manage this place in the evenings. It's always empty. It's one of the best places to eat and cheapest. It just needs better service.
Fast service in store as well as the drive-thru. Clean waiting area, bathroom, and even parking lot. The employees are always nice and respectful. The food is amazing.
I had lunch at Arby's and tried the Hawaiian chicken sandwich with a blueberry lemonade.
And while I didn't notice anything particular Hawaiian about the sandwich, it is a nice change if you're tired of hamburgers all the time.
Got here at 9:30 when it opened.. told us the lobby wasn’t open but drive through was. Okay, no big deal. We go to the gas station across the street to use the restroom. Come back through the drive through just to be told they’re “just not open”
BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO MARTEGAS!! I get off of work late some nights, and out of the few times I eat out, I always come back to this specific Arby's on my way home because of Martegas and his incredible service. He is always the absolute sweetest, even when it's the dead of night! He's very professional and a great ending note to my late night's!
