We did the drive-thru. The girl working there was great. Very polite. We got a roast beef sandwich and a Gyro. The Greek Gyro’s Pita bread was soaked in grease. I’ve never had this happen before.
Amazing location,and the young woman at the window is my absolute favorite! Her smile and warm kind soul is refreshing!!!!! I don't know her name but she had long braids and now she cut them short. Please let her know she makes a difference!
My first time visiting & I will be back. All of my food was fresh & made as I ordered. Tried the new burger & potato cakes & I really enjoyed it.
Even 30 minutes before they closed my the food was fresh and delicious, and the fries were hot and made to order.
The food sucked. They diluted the beef and cheddar special sauce to where you couldn't taste it and it was like water, causing a soggy bun! Seeped out and dripped all over my clothes so my errands were cut short. The crinkle fries were old. It had been 3+ years since the last time I tried Arby's because the food wasn't fresh. A different state too, but apparently they don't train employees how to serve 5 star fresh food. Service was rude because I asked for potato cakes, pointing out they stopped serving those about 2 1/2 years ago, but quick...whoopee! I would rather have FRESH FOOD!! The photo is after I got home and changed my clothes but it's clear what a mess it made, and how thin that sauce is! I hope my jeans aren't ruined!!
Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve gone they either don’t have any of the milkshake flavor that we want or their shake machine is “down”. Also when you order anything else the workers are so lazy they make it seem like a burden to take your order. Lazy and rude staff.

I had gotten the chicken sandwich before. Even bragged about it. Something changed with it. It's not the same as 6 months ago. I won't order it again. My friend got this huge roast beef and cheese sandwich. He loved it!! I should of gotten that.
