As one of the other reviews said, the food was not edible. I have never once had an Arby’s sandwich that was made like this, but it was absolutely horrible and I ended up throwing up. There was pink in the middle of the roast beef and the roast beef wasn’t even sliced correctly. I could only eat the fries and even those were cold. Spent 20 dollars here Between myself and my daughter, and it was a complete waste of money.
We love arbys. But the arbys in tega cay, is the worst arbys ever! As another review. This beef is cheddar was gross. Have never had an arbys this bad. Very disappointed. Who ever the owner and manager is at the arbys in tega cay, yall need to do better.
Such a disappointment. No one enjoyed their food. We figured there was no point in complaining if they were willing to serve cold food to dine in guest. We had 2 classic roast beef and 1 chicken sandwich with 3 orders of curly fries. Nothing was fresh, and cold rubbery curly fries are just the worst. Day before Thanksgiving, and we are hoping no one gets food poisoning. It was that bad. Save yourself and your money.
The food was not edible. A complete waste of money. We had to wait about 15 minutes, I'm sure they are understaffed but I spent $40 dollars here and we were only able to eat the fries. and even those didnt taste good.
I waited forever at drive through with three other cars in front of me for 2 reg roast beef sand an order of potato cakes then my order was just barely warm. With all the reviews of poor service would think someone would approach this problem going to keep losing business if something doesn’t change.
I am not a regular Arby’s customer because of the location, but yesterday I wanted a fish sandwich and decided to try it. It was very good! All my food was fresh and the e service was great.
Waited... waited... no one walked to the counter. A girl was there before me and she said she had been waiting for a very long time with no one acknowledging she was there. She left, I waited... some kid plugged his phone in and got on his phone for a few minutes and never saw me.... Not a good look.
Stopped in this location today for the first and last time. In two 1/2 lb. sandwiches there was not one regular slice of roast beef. My bigger issue is that since the dining room is not open, I did not discover this mess until I got home. When I called as to why I got 8 ounces of slicer scraps, I was asked to return the sandwiches. When the manager saw this, her comment was "The slicer is not working properly" to which I responded, "Did the slicer assemble these sandwiches?" This should have never been served! I can say I will NEVER visit this location again. Very poor service and a huge waste of time today. If this is what Arby's is now serving, they have lost a good customer.
