Had the good burger too burger. It was so gourmet and delicious. I can't say the same for the crinkle cuts but they've never been for me. Anyways. I had to wait for the burger but worth it. I just wish they would have gave me some Arby's sauce and a straw for the shake
The person taking drive thru orders was just weird or rude. Asked if the shake machine was still running ( it was late, so might have already been shutdown) , I got a very annoyed " yes". Give the rest of the order and dead silence. No order confirmation or told to pull up to the window.
A vehicle in the parking lot pulls up to the window while I wait for a response. To make sure that person didn't take my order, I asked if someone was there. I get another annoyed yes and she repeats my order back like I'm stupid. It wasn't the same person at window because they were civil
The restaurant was clean, the service was good, the food well, it's fast food. The fries were fairly hot, and my roast beef sandwich was warm, could have had a bit more.. beef.
It was during a power outage. So they were out of Aujus.but that was to be expected because they were the only fast food place open for like 2 days.
This is what I received on my crispy chicken sandwich. Turkey and it's like 5 tiny pieces. I spent $39 and had to take a piece of my son's chicken to make my sandwich. No cool Arby's... I thought y'all was one of the better places in this town.
Fast and good, staff is always friendly! They have a wheelchair ramp and automatic door on the north side of the building that many places do not offer! That tells me they care about thier customers! They have coupons in the paper frequently and happy hour special on sliders! Yummy!!! ????

Our experience at this Arby's location is always great, but tonight when we went it was the best it has ever been. Jernell did such a great job taking care of us! He was super friendly and polite and the food was ready fast! Thanks for making a night off of having to cook a great one! :)
