The sandwich was drenched in sauce, when I brought it to the staff's attention the cook walked away and went on break, when a replacement sandwich was finally received it was no different than the first one, uneatable, Staff doesn't care
I don't eat Arby's often at all, maybe a couple times a year, but every time I've been in this location over the past decade the dining room has been clean and the food has been good.
Food was very good. Service could have been better. The employees acted like they had better things to do. It was clean and there were some employees cleaning while we were there too.
Wow. Went In for lunch at 1PM on a Monday. Nobody up front to take order. Waited for 5 minutes while staff focused on drive through customers only. Staff walked by the front and saw us standing there with no effort give t to take care of customers. Cannot believe I could walk into a fast food place at lunch time and could not order lunch. How far Arby’s has fallen is dramatic.
Lady who attended us, was very rude with us, probably because we were foreigners. After us, an American guy came in and she was very kind with him.
When I said "thank you" she didn't even looked at me.
Food still hasn't changed since I have been going there (over 15 years). Prices have gone up just like everywhere else but their quality of food has dropped as well. It's like they don't care anymore lol maybe that's just me but since I have been going there that's one of the things I have noticed. Some of their sandwiches are very tasty but some other ones are very dry, maybe sitting around too long??
Great staff....very friendly....got a classic, but they don't toast the roll like other Arby's do.
Dips are truly delicious, as well as the pumpkin cheese pie. Burgers are massive.
