So the rating is relative to other fast food. This location had exceptional service with very friendly staff. Food was good. Restaurant was exceptionally clean. Not too busy at lunch. Would recommend it as fast food option.
In general, I like Arby’s. I’m a sucker for a decent French Dip, Roast Beef or Crispy Chicken sandwich. Then there are the curly fries. Yum! They have a variety of sauces to give the fries different flavors. It’s a great idea for fast food. The problem is that there are good Arby’s restaurants and bad ones.
I was on my way up I5 to do some work on my boat. It was about that time when I need to get some lunch or risk having a grumpy afternoon. When I get like that, I don’t need anything great, just tasty enough to make filling my tummy a pleasant experience. Google Maps included Arby’s in the options and I decided to give it a try.
The restaurant is near the freeway and on the right side, so getting there was no problem. There was plenty of parking and I saw a back way out that would get me to a light when the time came to turn left and get back on the freeway. Easy.
I looked around when I went in and the front area was clean. A few tables were occupied, but there were several available. There was a couple ahead of me in line who were having some kind of problem making their order. It happens. I waited for quite a while while the couple dithered and the woman at the register called for help.
When it was my turn to order, the woman at the register ran off to take care of something. I was left alone for quite some time until another woman came out. Rather than help me, she yelled at the first woman. I managed a fast food joint back in the day and I can tell you that upsetting your order takers never works out well. That was true in this case. She was too flustered to find the right buttons for my order. Her slowness earned her more scolding and things got worse. Eventually, I got my order in and tapped my credit card to pay.
I went to a table to wait. The table area was not nearly as clean as the front. I got extra napkins and cleaned up a bit before sitting down. That was when I noticed that several people were also waiting for food. They had been there for a while, so I resigned myself to a long wait for my food.
I heard someone call, “Order Up!” No check number or any other way to know who’s order was up. This happened 3 times before my food was ready.
I was surprised to see that the food was well prepared. The fries were not quite as hot as I like, but the sandwich was just right. While I ate, I got to listen to the staff yelling at each other.
I finished up my food, bussed my table and got out of there.
My son went here for a late dinner and was served a raw chicken sandwich. Unfortunately he didn’t realize it until he had eaten a few bites. When he approached the staff, they were extremely unprofessional and was told there was no manager on duty. We will never eat at this place again!
I came in for a quick lunch and was very impressed with the delivery and food quality that I received. Not only was the food well above my taste expectations, but most commendable were the interactions of the staff members, who were extremely polite and worked as a well-formed team. Kudos to their leadership for running a solid location.
I went in there and told the kid on 11/15/24 (moron) that I wanted a double beef and cheddar sandwich and curly Fries Only! So the next thing he did was to pull a cup out and put it on the counter? I said, "What's this? He said it's for your drink? I TOLD HIM I ORDERED A SANDWHICH AND FRIES (ONLY)NOT A COMBO! So I told his associate the same thing, and he said he would refund it back onto my card? I need to call the store manager today because I don't see the refund in my bank?
Ordered the 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches…. It comes with tomato, chicken patty, lettuce, and mayo. I asked to add Swiss cheese. They took my order just fine and instead of giving me my order they gave me 2 chicken sandwiches with nothing on them but bacon and a chicken patty. If you’re going to upcharge me $1.30 to add cheese on EACH ONE then at the very least give me my damn cheese. I paid for a LITERAL half a block of cheese for this company and you can’t even bother to put the 2 slices I ordered?? Ridiculous. And there were 2 employees there while I was the ONLY CUSTOMER BOTH INSIDE AND OUT!!

Double check your order before you leave the drive-thru!!! We've been going to this Arby's regularly, for over 2 years now, and in the past 2 months something has changed with this restaurant. First, they replaced their medium-size cups with small ones... no announcement of any kind about it. And then, they have been consistently messing up our drive-thru orders! Either they've given us a smaller sandwich than what we ordered and paid for, or they've not put paid for items in the bag, etc. Also, the quality of food has been questionable as well. The food is either cold, maybe lukewarm, or they serve WAY smaller portions than normal... see pic of the fries we ordered today (exactly how we took them out of the bag). They're about half full and COLD!!! I guess we won't be going there anymore, if we can't rely on food quality or receiving what we paid for!
