On 11/11/24 @ around 745pm Arby's on kingshway, We spent over 37.00 and the roast beef was thick, dry and all over the bun. It was terrible. One Sandwich was a beef and cheddar, but it didn't have cheddar. And for those sandwiches to be passed out thru the drive thru by the manager made it worse. Shame on you Arbys.
Customer service was excellent the place or spotless and clean. I'll be honest with you this is probably one of the best Arby's I've ever been to I do give him five stars all away if you ever get a chance make sure you stop in and get you a nice meal you will not regret it and it is children friendly keep up the great work you're doing an awesome job
Stopped by Arby’s in Port Charlotte for a late-night meal, and it exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. I had the classic roast beef sandwich, and it was perfectly seasoned and piled high with tender meat. The curly fries were crispy and flavorful, and their signature sauces took everything to the next level. Even though it was late, the service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. If you're looking for a satisfying meal after hours, Arby’s in Port Charlotte is the place to go. Will definitely be back!
We waited several minutes to be helped, although 2 different people did say they'd be right with us. A man named Chuck took our order, and was polite and personable. The
food we ordered was correct and good, but the restaurant was was dirty. There was a spray bottle and cloth sitting on a table that we used to clean our table, the ketchup dispenser didn't have a nosle, the Sprite was mostly seltzer, and both bathrooms were not clean.
Ryan and the Jessie taking order were awesome they took care of anything we needed very accommodating and fast service! They also made sure all the children had all their condiments bags etc. They even came by to check on us while we ate. Highly recommend them. Management picked great employees!????????
Stopped here on a road trip for lunch. Don’t get anything fried here, we made the mistake of ordering fries and they were nasty. They need to change their oil, plus they ran out of Arby’s sauce. Our roast beef sandwich’s were decent though.
I go here two or three times a week sometimes and I always get the 3 for 5, well yesterday I went threw the drive threw and they pulled me up for 10 minutes, and then the guy came out with my food. First he was laughing the whole time, so I asked if it was all there and made right and he just kept laughing. Disrespectful in my opinion. And then he answers I don’t know I didn’t bag it… good answer. I was on my break so I did not have time to check everything and sit there for an extra couple mins but I should of cause to my surprise I was missing my roast beef slider and got a spicy chicken slider. Not at all what I ordered! I can’t have spicy so there’s money waisted and some of my lunch gone. I won’t be coming to this location again cause I’m afraid they’ll either mess my food up again like they always do. The employees need to have more respect and be more welcoming.
Excellent dine in lunch stop. Sliders and curly fries were hot and fresh. Man who took our order and delivered to us was friendly and efficient. A really nice guy. His name was listed as RRoath on the receipt. And if you ask, although not on the menu, they will make corn beef sliders.
