Was there at about 8 pm July 1st, 2024.
Service was very slow in the drive thru.
Pull up to the window, kid hands me the bag, tells me have a good night. I ask where are my orange cream shakes, and coke. He has no clue. I did get them after another 10 minute wait. Coke was flat, and I mean zero taste. Got home to eat, curly fries were all small and crispy, could tell they were in fryer too long. The sandwich was the half pound roast beef, on the bun it literally looked like crumbled shredded beef. Added picture so all can see. I will never go to this particular Arbys ever again. I will advise other people to not go either. Definitely not worth $26.42!!!!
If you download the app, for a limited time Arby's Roast Beef and breaded sliders for only 1.00. Also ordered small curly or regular fries for 1.00. This may save a lingering Arby's to get customers back.
I didn't plan on powerwashing my body after lunch; how does one eat this and not look like they just ate out garfield?? No modifications lol
You guys rock! The food is fresh and on point! Always accurate! The awesome workers have some good vibes. Service is fast. The best Arby's in town! Keep them poppers popp'n!!!!
Everything was great. 4 Star for food only because we kind of got the bottom of the barrel kind of fries, they weren't the freshest and definitely bits and pieces. Otherwise tasted good. Service was extremely friendly and fast.
Plenty of seating available and easily accessible to wheelchair/walking adapters. Bathrooms are clean and food was reasonably priced. I'd go back if I was in the area.
They play country music on the overhead most times I've been there, which is appropriate with the meal there. Mozzarella sticks are always good, marinara sauce isn't always as good as expected. Apple turnover and salted carb cookies are tasty. Can be a bit busy parking lot as Starbucks and Chipotle are next door and people drive through the Arby's lot.

I came in from the east (passing Starbucks) and entered the drive thru line- as one does. Noticed once I was around the curve that there was no order intercom but saw 2 cars being directed to the parking lot to wait so figured maybe theyre taking orders at the window. Waited in line- now locked in line because cars in back of me and curbs stopping one from exiting the line. Once I pulled up I told them I hadn't ordered. The employee said I'd have to wait until the cars in front of me (waiting for their food but parked blocking the only exit) got their food, pull around to order and wait +15 minutes AGAIN.
I know the signage isn't the employees fault but all I intended to order was a fry for my 2 y.o.. that can very easily be put in as an order right then and there.
There was not ONE sign or arrow or any sort of way one coming from the east would've known their drive thru intercom is at the front of the store.... Not the actual drive thru.
Went there about 10 on a Friday night. The drive thru person has long nails with dirt underneath of them.... very unclean and gross. We ordered 2 turkey bacon ranch sandwiches which took about 10 minutes. As I drove away my spidy senses told me to check the sandwiches, sure thing they were only turkey, lettuce and tomatoes. Waited another ten minutes for the correct sandwiches.
I think they are trying to do bad, I can't think of any other reason it took so long and it was wrong
