Went through the drive-through and ordered mozzarella sticks. To be given ones that were cold. So I went back to the drive-through and nicely asked for some to be made fresh. The lady on the speaker, who I later find out is the general manager, was very rude. She did not believe that the ones she gave me were cold. They gave me a new set of mozzarella stick. I pull out make it two blocks down the road to realize that these are cold in the center. They’re not even cooked all the way through!! I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just do your job properly. So , I call see if I can get their store number and her name to make a complaint to the corporate office to which she wanted to argue with me on the phone that I am wrong and she right and cooked them properly. Like I’ve never eaten a mozzarella stick before. I will never return this facility. If I could give it zero stars I would! That woman does need belong in a customer service setting. Plain and simple
Ordered turkey market sandwich meal. Paid for turkey bacon ranch. Didn't tell us they no longer have turkey market sandwich. Asked for o ly meat cheese and onion. Received picture above with two slivers between the half sandwich. Drive through lady was super nice though.
Some of the most rude employees I’ve dealt with. Drive through cut off everything that was said and then would ask what we said and still got the order wrong…3 meals with one request of no red ranch and cheese sauce on the side. Went back in and was literally yelled at that it’s not their fault and now there’s additional charges. Asked for the manager and was told it was the drive through worker and she wouldn’t talk to us. Idk what’s going on here but I’ll never be back to this location, it’d be better off closed as there are locations close enough to avoid this one. Asked for the regional managers contact information and given a fake phone number.
Worst Place to get food at night, been going here for 3 nights n a few and it the Same results, employees don’t say can they help you. Not ask you anything. So when u ride up to the window then they wanna help, I won’t be back, worst place ever
Everything except chicken tenders are good. They are overly breaded barely any meat but today I got there 2 for 6 chicken cheddar ranch WHICH I didn't know was 2 small overly breaded chicken tender in a bun. Arbys should be ashamed of themselves. I mean I get it VALUE but really.
I suggest people do not get the chicken Cheddar ranch you'll getting be barely eating sandwich
Great service and great food. Ashley and her team are amazing. Food was fresh and hot and came very quickly ❤️
620 44th St SE, Kentwood, MI 49548, not worth spending $35 for poor quality food these days. The sandwiches come out looking just as depressed and pissed as the workers. No pride in the craftsmanship and quality in anythings these days.
