Is it the best? No, it's Arby's. But when you're craving roast beef & cheddar w/ curly fries, this is probably one of the better ones I've been to.
The staff are always very friendly, polite and laid back but hard-working and the food is good for what you're getting. Some of the newer menu items are also surprisingly decent (partner loves the buffalo chicken sandwich). My two biggest gripes are that the curly fries, while passable, could be a bit fresher/hotter (they're 'fine' though) and that the drive thru tends to take noticeably longer to get through than most other fast food joints. But I highly doubt that's the staff's fault — they always appear quite understaffed here — and eh, it is what it is; doesn't bug me too much. I'll be coming back when the trash food craving returns.
Pay these people more! They deserve it!
And hire more labor.
They still have the best strawberry lemonade I’ve had! But what happened to the tasteful, very saucey buffalo sliders they use to be so good and the last couple times have been so dry. I feel like they’re one of the more spendy fast food places in Albany, but it wasn’t worth the money the last 2-3 times..

Excellent jalapeños poppers the best in the town with wild berry sauce. Getting the jamocha shake next time, it looked so good.
Clean place with great service, but the burger I had was not my favorite.
First off, I'd like to say I drive to this Arbys from Corvallis because I'm not a fan of the location on 9th. Food is hot and tasty, and the place is always clean with plenty of seating. Not always the friendliest staff but not rude - just more interested in mingling with their coworkers than helping you. Arbys is never cheap, but you probably know that coming in - if you want hot food fairly quick then this is a good option.
Afraid I don’t like Arby’s, I was just telling one of my cousins that the world would be a better place if the Israelis would air strike Arby’s simultaneously. Curly fries keeps them safe.
Good food but way too expensive for fast food. The girl at the window mixed up my order several times, quoted me the wrong price after never confirming the order was correct and then had a huge attitude rolling her eyes and stomping around. Ridiculous to act like this towards customer. The manager was very nice and helpful though so that's good.
They don't honor any of the advertised deals - tell you to use the app, but most options don't qualify for this location. I guess this is just an Arby's in name only.
