Ordered my man a double cheesy burger because he wanted to try the burgers from here. The sandwich was so sloppy and wet that whomever made it had to wrap it three times with clean wrappers and it still leaked everywhere. This would've been okay had it been any good. Worse than Bubba Burgers. Don't waste your time or money. ???? i wish I had taken a picture.
Isn't the reason for a drive threw so that a person doesn't have to go inside? Well you guys were dead, like we were the only car and we had to wait for our food and then when we pulled away only half of the order was there so we had to go inside and you think making it right is giving us some of your nasty crinkle fries in a small size ???? ????. This is what the world comes to. Pay people more for there time and the quality of things will be better and the company will make more money. Until then you guys suck!!
Great customer service. The dude up front was very nice and was hustling at the counter, clearing tables etc. Food was good. The Wendy's down the road was a joke
DO NOT EAT AT THIS ARBY'S. A good friend of mine went there last week and found this in his sandwich. No action has been taken in regards to this incident but we are following up with our legal team.
Sadly, the roast beef was all to one side. It was hanging out with bun empty on one side. I had to remake my sandwich to enjoy it. I should not have to do this.
My preferred location. Staff are always very kind and friendly. I usually do drive thru but when I have been inside it was clean.
