Stopped in around 10:10 pm on October 31, 2024 and all the credit for my excellent experience goes to the heavy set young man working. I believe he is the manager but not positive. This young man went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and he was very polite and professional. If only all fast food workers were like him. Thanks.
Drive through attendant was really nasty, kept cutting us off and kept asking "is that all" as if they didnt want us there. Kept having a very rude attitude and expects to not receive the same treatment when they treat the customers poorly. We had to drive off without getting our food because of how badly they were treating us. The food has also been not very great, as I have ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich from here for a long time and gotten a good helping of sauce on my sandwich, but recently have been getting next to no sauce on my sandwich. The sliders seem to have reduced in size as well, and thus reducing the amount of sauce they put on the sliders as well. Quality from this place has been reducing quite drastically.
I love Arby's! I'm ashamed to say it's been quite some time since I have been out to enjoy that wonderful, downright delectable chicken bacon Swiss. It's great every single time. In a world full of change and uncertainty I can always rely on that beautiful chicken masterpiece. Thank you Arby's! I'll be sure to make our interactions a little more frequent.
Stopped into Auburn Arby's thinking I'll get a couple fresh roast beef, beef n cheddar. Nope, driest roast beef I've ever had. I would have complained but I know how that works out. Really disappointed. If I worked there I wouldn't have served it.
The drive thru attendant misunderstood my order. It's possible that I was not clear enough, but I should have been able to change it. The supervisor informed me that there was no way to do that without restarting the transaction. I begrudgingly paid for my order and left. The fries were old, they forgot my sauce, and the food was some of the worst I've had from Arby's.
Stopped in for a Jamocha shake and curly fries, both of which we're delicious. It was very dark inside the restaurant, would have been good if the manager turned some lights on.
Service was quick, friendly and the store was very clean.
They keep locking the lobby early. So if you order on line you are force to sit in the slow drive thru line for 20+ minutes while you're good that has been sitting can sit even longer an be cold by the time you get it. But employees with repeatedly go out back to chill with friends that show up
Stopped here 7/21/24
First of all the door was locked! At 2pm in the afternoon…had to wait for guests to exit & hold the door for us. The gentleman that held the door said it wasn’t the first time he visited where the door was locked in the middle of the day!
Ordered a classic meal with crinkle fries, had to tell the employee twice crinkle fries bc he kept saying curly fries.
What I got was a roast beef with cheddar cheese sauce & Arby’s sauce on it.
Would have gone back in but we were already back on the freeway & the door would have been locked anyway!
Employees appearance was not professional & chatter amongst themselves even less professional, bathroom half lights didn’t work, very dark.
Overall dirty.
Don’t know who owns this franchise but I’d suggest you show up & see how employees are running your business!
