I wouldn’t give this Arby’s a 1 star review if they severely overcooked fries one time, but this is the 4th time I’ve received inedible curly fries from this location.
Each time I order from here, I’m hoping someone competent is in the kitchen, but each time I’m left disappointed and unsatisfied with my crunchy, dry curly fries. It’s like eating little starch bones.
The sandwiches are always fine, but the petrified curly potato product this location lets leave their kitchen shouldn’t go unnoticed.
I used to love Arby’s Curly fries. Now, I just think about ordering them when I need curly potato toothpicks.
The reviews speak for themselves. I pulled up a little past the speaker in the drive through. The speaker is at a funny angle so that you don’t see it until you don’t see it until I am at the board. They told me to back up but a car was behind me. I walked up to the speaker and they would not answer me. So I pulled up to the window and told me to go back around where now there was a line. They could not take my order.
Slow, rude and takes care of drive thru first. Had to wait 20 minutes while they helped 5 or 6 cars in the drive thru. Worst Arby's I have ever been to.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Worst Arby's yet. Food old and lots of fat/gristle in sandwich with a bad after taste. Fries ????, soda flat. Arby's used to be my favorite fast food place but will never go to any location again. 1 star rating is giving you much credit. No star review here.
What y’all do to my sandwich? Why is it discolored and dry? I always order this Brisket sandwich and it’s never tasted like this. Going back in the morning for my money back. I would ask for another sandwich but I think I’ll order from a different location.
Took my younger brother there cuz that's where he wanted to eat. I received a really small sandwich. The restaurant was filthy and after 15 minutes I went up and asked where my meal was because somehow they lost it. But for $10 you're better off going to Chili's and getting a decent hamburger.
UPDATE: Emailed corporate as per the reply below, been a week and have not had a reply at all. Seems that Arby's is okay with treating customers poorly and then ignoring that it ever happened. ORIGINAL: Horrible food. Ordered three things and all I can say is that the iced tea was good. The Roast Beef sandwich was dry and the bun was crumbling. The chicken salad sandwich had an almost non existent amount of salad on it. See the picture. Of course we picked up the order and drove away to relax and eat. I thought the sandwich was light but I never expected this. Sad day and I hate being ripped off. Shame on you Arby's.
