Wow, used to go to these stores for a nice bite of roast beef sandwiches. This particular location was so bad, the kid at the front barely looking alive at around 5:30pm....the sandwich however was the biggest disappointment, I got double roast beef meal and the meat was old looking, the taste was just not good at all, took two bites and threw it away. I don't think I'll do this again, people are probably getting sick from this stuff. Then again, it was dead empty so possibly all meat lovers got sick in the past already...
I'm sorry to say that I got sick after eating here. Usually love Arby's. Never went to this one before. Could have been something else, but perhaps not...
I drove 20 min out of my way because I've been craving Arbys for weeks. Finally went and wish I didn't. Attendant taking the order had an attitude then wouldn't even acknowledge me at window. All just to find out my order was wrong. My receipt says the correct order. I love how the printer ink on receipt hasn't been changed so you can't do the survey at bottom. Hopefully the manager will see this and take action. I've been there manny times before and never had service like this what a shame. Check your oder before you leave.
New girl was left alone at the register with no help. My order got messed up but I just took it and told her it wasn't her fault. I love Arby's, but this location has issues.
Food was good, but everyone was waiting over 15 minutes for their food. No tomato on my chicken sandwich
Very friendly staff, loved the fresh flowers on each table. Really unexpected detail for a fast food place. Staff was very helpful, addressing issues with the ketchup dispenser immediately and giving us an upgraded shake size due to the fact we had a longer wait due to the large size of our order. We'll be back!
Waited so long for a Arby's roast beef and the bun was old and quite hard, ruined the taste. Ruined my dream of a good sandwich.
The dining room has changed quite a bit and there is no longer a bell for good service. It would seem as though they are no longer going for the good down home country type and instead focusing on their Urban almost empty everything tile type look... Less warm and inviting than it used to be
