Took 27 minutes to get our food while they continued to mess up the order. Food finally comes out but cold. Grrrrr!!!! Ordered the half pound Beef n Cheddar but got a regular. And then to top it off, my sons chicken sandwich had a dead fly inside of it. No apology was given when he carried it back. Oh yea, only 1 table was clean, but had dirty water marks left by using a nasty rag to clean it. Last time going back to this Arby's...or maybe any Arby's at all, ever!!!
Slow , couldn't hear what the lady said so manager got on the speaker to yell repeating the order back , got to windows hey had bad attitudes very slow . Fries was burnt asked for ketchup and mayo she said it was a 1$ fee. Mind you I had not one condiment. Didn't want to return food due to their attitudes. Gave it to the homeless man at the truck stop.
Very nice place and people. Very clean and inviting. Even close to closing, staff was courteous and professional, which is not always the case at most places.

The food was good. But, I got the wrong order. Lol
About 2 weeks ago There Was a girl I can tell who hasn’t been working there long, but she Was the best worker I saw out of everyone!! She took my order Then ran to drop food and Taking drive thru payments!!! She Didn’t have a name tag But she was wearing A black Nike jacket I believe. I tipped her a couple dollars to show how much I thank her hard work. WHY ARE THE YOUNG WORKERS BETTER THAN THE MANAGEMENT?
Ordered the 9 piece wings and fries. Got 9 pieces alright. 5 had chicken in them. 4 were just breading. For $10 bucks for the meal, I thought I got shorted just a little. If that is the standard for the boneless wings, I WILL NOT be ordering them again.
