Late January of this year 2023, 11 months ago this should of posted but it went to drafts. We look forward to what it'll look like here in a few weeks for Valentine's Day!
My Husband and I went here after we dropped off our Harley at Twister City. I wasn't feeling the "usual" and he decided we should go to Arby's because it was close by.
When we walked into the first set of doors, it was like walking into a romantic getaway restaurant!!! My Husband and I have been on what we call an endless honeymoon for almost a year now since we got married and we really enjoy seeing, experiencing and having adventures together and THIS WAS SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL!!!
The atmosphere was romantic to the tip top perfection!!! The staff was so very welcoming, professional, warm, humorous and very quick to get our order taken and delivered in a fast manner!
The roast beef sandwich, curly fries and cherry turnover was so very delicious! It hit the spot! I felt like we was on a honeymoon for real and it made me feel so much more in love, so connected to my Husband.
I also felt appreciated and felt the love, the carefully placed items that brought on special feelings of the upcoming love holiday.
This is a MUST SEE, especially if you want to have a date with that special someone to where it's welcoming, romantic, where you feel appreciated and excited for the love holiday, this is the place to go!!! Plus service and food, epically amazing!!!
I've never seen a restaurant look so absolutely festive, so creative and so giving to the community in the decorations as this Arby's has.

Only regret I have is not seeing it during Christmas, I bet it was very breathtakingly beautiful!!!

The paper of my buffalo chicken wrap was wrapped up into it and there was a bunch of the fillings completely out of the wrap. Also basically all of the lettuce in it was mushy and had gone bad. As you can see it is also completely deformed and the little bit that was actually eatable was very hard to eat.
IF YOU SUPPORT VETERANS, DO NOT STOP HERE. After seeing the Arby's advertisement, we stopped here on Veterans Day, at this location, to get the Veterans Appreciation Free Roast Beef Sandwich for my husband, who is a 20 year retired Marine. They informed us that this location wasn't participating. This location doesn't support Veterans? Avoid this restaurant and go down the street to the next Arby's, who gave my Veteran his free sandwich and thanked him for his service several times.
Ordering a bacon swiss chicken sandwich and receiving a sandwich with neither swiss or bacon is insane.
I ordered a turkey ranch and bacon market fresh sandwich. I asked for no onions or tomatoes. When I got it there was no onions and tomatoes like I asked but there is no turkey. Which is the main meat on the sandwich. Pretty disappointed when I ordered 30$ worth of food.
Fries were not even warm. But the food tasted good. They gave me enough of the sauce I asked for. I received my order quickly. Employees were pleasant.
I love Arby’s but whoever the guy is that runs the drive through is a bit of a smart ssa… I asked him what was the price of a sandwhich that I didn’t see on the menu and he rudely responded the same as all the other ones if I knew the price I would of never asked for it be more mindful when picking a job that’s not for you talking rude to people. 10/10/2024
Service was quick and efficient. Counter staff were polite and friendly. Sandwiches were very tasty, fresh, and hot! Bathrooms were clean and stocked.
