Closing before posted time 30 min early no what i recommend is you don’t have lights on and post you are open later on door and internet the wrong time. I called there was not answer . What time do you close lwr’s start there than a list of excuses why your employees who were there weren’t answering the drive thru. Plus you can arrange an automated response stating you are closed. Change your posted hours so people don’t waste gas going there . You clearly had people there still just not taking orders
We are always greeted with a smile, and the food is always hot and fresh. The atmosphere needs a bit of work, as most times that we visit, it is incredibly hot and stuffy inside. There is not outdoor seating, so if we want to dine-in, we have to sweat it out! Otherwise, we are always pleased with our experience.
Great experience. Walked into the store because the drive thru was busy. A little delay in getting served at the front counter, but once they got the order everything was perfect. Good food and friendly team.
Food was excellent and service was efficient. This store was super clean and their cleanliness score showed it (100/A). We will definitely be back!
(PS the Jamocha shake is phenomenal ????)
I have eaten food from here maybe 3 or 4 times over the past year from the drivethru and each visit the food has been good. I just ate the chicken club wrap tonight and it was flavorful and hit the spot. Service is quick and friendly.
My son wanted Arby's and I obliged. We haven't been to this location since it opened. Every table is dirty and so are the floors. Parts of the menu board are obscured by their order screens. Area in the kitchen is dirty and trashed. My sandwich was half sliced half shredded. The only thing redeeming was the milkshake and AC. Probably won't be back to this location. For the price, Culver's is a better option next door.
I went to the drive thru and asked if they had the $1 sliders and I was informed that they only do that at happy hour. Which is 2-5. Well as I was in the drive thru I saw the qr code for the app and decided to download the app. Low and behold the LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS don't state anything about only being during happy hour or at franchises discretion. Very unhappy with this location to tell me I can't order something I can clearly order for pick up on the app. Do better Arby's.
Food was hot and delicious. Staff very courteous. We needed something to eat for a few days while tending to a family member was in the hospital. Arby’s was for sure dependable. You never know what someone is going through. Great service goes a long way.
