Def 5 ☆'s....the style of interior sets a darn great mood...maybe that's why the staff was in a great mood and made my visit a smooth one. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. High chairs available, everything was clean and its also very modern.
Normally, I love Arby's. However, this particular one has the worst service I've seen at a fast food place. The woman working the register, Tycia, was slow and rude. She didn't seem to know what was going on around her. Her attitude when she couldn't keep up with a simple order was outrageous!!! If the food wasn't so good, I would have walked out without finishing my order just from her rude tone and bad attitude. The food, however, is amazing as always.
No communication at all
Ordered twice
One- lunch ordered 3 for 5 got and paid for something completely different ended up with the 2 for 6
Then ordered breakfast and ordered a regular number 3 combo
End up charging me 9 dollars total
I got charged for 2 extra hash browns !!!
Where do they find these employees?
I won’t be back!
All I’m saying is you better communicate and make them repeat your orders back probably at least three times and they might get it right

My food was so good. French dip roast beef with curly fries very clean restaurant. With 2 flat screen TV 's.
The employees were very nice and didn’t mind cracking some jokes. Joe specifically was really nice and very helpful.
I don’t understand how you can mess up mozzarella sticks but I know for a fact it can be done. But the worst part is when they ask you if you want certain condiments and you tell them you do but they don’t put anything in the bag smh
Horrible customer service. Guy with man bun very rude didn't get his name. He needs to go home if he doesn't like serving customers.
