Went to Arby's in Alexander City today. Arrived at 8 p.m. and the doors were locked but the sign on the door said the dinning room closed at 9 p.m. So we went to Who,s Diner and had a great meal where the staff was welcoming to my wife and I. Today 6 Nov we git to sit in and eat. Service was a little slow and the customer service acted like I was a bother to them for coming in. May eat there again but only if I don't feel like eating somewhere else.
Very clean restaurant.
Had the privilege to chauffeur a local dynamic duo this week. I visited from Florida and this is their go to restaurant. The staff takes very good care of Mr and Mrs Schouten (local skiing legends).
Update: They were recently inducted into the Alabama water skiing hall of fame.
Ordered the 2 for 6 dollar chicken deluxe and regular roast beef. The food was luke warm and the chicken patty was old.i went through the drive thru and didn't notice it till I was continuing on my way.this place needs a pep talk amd or find some help that actually cares about the food and service .instead of hiring peole that doesn't care.and train better .
We went to Arby's in Alex City Saturday night. There was a group of 12. We ordered our food and it took a long time we were there about 9:00. They had no sweet tea. We had not got our food and the lady comes over to tell us the lobby would be closing in 15 minutes. This was around 9:00. She said the cashier had to leave he had something to do. We would have gone somewhere else had she told us that the lobby would be closing. We got our food sat down and ate anyway You could tell they were not very happy. I told the lady it did not say on the door you closed at 9:00 she said everybody knows the drive-through is open till 12:00.
We love going here as a family after football games . The staff is always friendly and very fast affordable service.
So we ordered 2 beef n cheddar, got to the window and decided we really want the meal. The young woman said no we can't change the order. And I so so if I just drive off, that's okay. Well I didn't drive off because my mom was hungry, one car behind us. I just know better, that's just lazy.
Drive thru was fast and people were very kind.
To the lady who was working the cashier I hope you don’t talk about all customers like you did while I was there saying customers are greedy. Seen me standing there trying to order food refused to see me and finally had to ask if someone was gonna take my order. Proceeded to go on and on talking about customers! And your co-workers. If you don’t like your job please leave. I will NOT be back. Please take consideration of your customers.
