Placed online order, drove THIRTY mins to pick up. Show up, boys behind counter are giggling about how they cannot fulfill our roast beef order. Literally 7 roast beef sandwiches and 3 orders of fries.No phone call, can’t provide number for support, can’t provide refund because online order. So we’re out $66 and zero food. Hopefully the right person contacts us.
Ordered 2 Arby's beef. There were no other customers present in the store. I must have waited over 5 minutes and finally had to go up to the counter. The clerk that was there has his back to me so I finally said, Excuse me, but I haven't received my order. He looked it up and said he was sorry and gave me the sandwiches. After putting the sauce on them and taking the first bite I was very disappointed as the sandwich was lukewarm. I went ahead and ate one and brought the other one home. I suppose I should have said something but it was way past the time I normally eat and I didn't want to wait any longer so I didn't mention it.
Fries were excellent, hot and fresh.
Idk what happened to the beef n cheddar, but it tastes like No. Also, first sign I saw pulling up to the speaker was for Coke Zero, but they don't carry Coke Zero. Not mad about that, but the inedible sandwich has NOT made me happy at all.
Food was so so on taste but no sesame seed bun and that realy seems to change the tast. Under staff and took too long for my order. It was not rush time, so that's why I'm giving a below average review. I feel I you sell sandwich you should be really good at. If you're an oil change place, you should be really good at it. Can you imagine going to get a oil change and they say we only got one kind of oiland its the wrong oil. Come on Arby's get it right.

The service is always great here! The food has also been but we tried the mozzarella sticks this time, and I think they needed to be crispier! Cooked longer or at a higher temperature? They were doughy!
Other than that, the sandwiches and the fries were great!
What can I say. For a fast food place food is always hot and fresh . The customer service is amazing no matter what time or day of the week. If have time? Stop in and grab a bite. Have blessed day.
It was fine. The meat was different. It was sliced thicker and a bit more fatty. I got the half pound but it seemed to have less meat on it. The roll was also a bit soggy. I do like the new crinkle cut fries they are a bit less greasy than the curly fries.
