????????????????This Arby’s sux! Service is super slow, didn’t fill my soda all the way, burger was nasty, fries cold. The staff looked like they slept in their clothes & didn’t wash up for work! Gross! ???? I truly didn’t eat my food. Now travel out of my way to avoid this dirty location.
A little run down, drive through person was gruff with the order. Medium cheddar was a regular cheddar and fries tasted off.
Food is always fresh at this location, the people working up front are usually young kids, it’s changed a lot for the better since the last time I was in about 4 or so months ago..
Last time I was in it was hotter than hades and the kids running it then ,seemed to have no clue about anything, glad it’s so much better cause Arbys is my favorite fast food! ????
Say Arby’s advertisement of the wygu beef medium well burger so I decided to stop by. Well the service was great, had to wait a little extra time for preparation. Once home the burger was definitely cooked medium well, though seem it had been prepared quickly because it was a little sloppy, a dab of sauce, little lettuce, and a mushy tomato. The beef tasted a little different than your normal beef it didn’t have that grill taste or char. Arby’s need to do a better job on their curly fries. The fries are more like pieces rather than whole curly fries. Come on Arby’s you have to step up your Game a put more pride in preparation of food!
Me and my grandma came here for lunch, and the food is really good! As this is the first Arby's that I've been to, there's nothing else that I can really compare it to, but it's clean, the employees are nice, lots about this place are really nice! Especially their unique curly fries, can't not mention that! ????
(2023, 1 star) Wow this location is SUPER SLOW. It's also unacceptable to be told to park while waiting for fries after paying ... after already waiting in the drive-they line for 10 minutes AFTER ordering! And even after that, the fries were obviously not freshly cooked!!!
Avoid this location at all costs. (From my understanding, this location is ran by a different franchise company than all the other Arby's locations in the San Antonio area.)
(2024, 1 star) I don't get it. So, I was craving Arby's, and unfortunately, this was the only Arby's that was available in the area. At least the speed of service was a ton better this time, but ...
...Something near the drive-through window smelled like a lit candle; I swear if someone have a little match in the area, something would have exploded. Also, for some reason, when I took a bite of my roast beef sandwich, there was some thing that had a sandy texture within the sandwich. Not sure what was going on there, but it sure gross me out while I was biting my sandwich.
I should've realized I needed to avoid this location. Oh well.
COVID is over. Open your store for dine in. I drive and op to go someplace because your dine in is never open. Still closed for dine in. Though this shows open for…. Boycott Arbys
Months and months later still horrible. The so called Wagyu is 51%. Also, they screwed up the order. SMH
DQ or Whataburger is better and costs less
Great place to dine or take out with very good service and very prompt
