Got 2 beef n cheddar, curly fries, andl a diet dr pepper. Was asked to go park and wait for food, received said food not long after and the sandwiches were cold. I don't even know how this is possible, but it is sadly. The fries tasted like old grease and it was only half full. This was a sad stop and a waste of 17.00.????????
I would give this location a 0 if I could. Absolutely horrible service I have given them a couple of times and I just can't. They are always putting a time limit on your food to make you not want to order it. They pull you forward to get your food out the back door. And my food is never fresh mushy mozzarella sticks are discussing. They was out of pop today. The employees are rude and obnoxious. Shut this location down! I'll drive across town before I ever go there again.
Thanks to the 9/2/24 afternoon crew for my hot and fresh chicken snack wraps! I’m using a walking boot and crutches, and they brought my meal to my table.
This location has handicapped parking spaces near the door, but no push button. On crutches, l was able to open the door just barely, and had to step into the door and push it with my body to keep the door open and enter the restaurant.
Burger was so undercooked, it wasn't edible. Wasn't even suitable to give to my dogs. 0 stars should be an option.
My wife was several bites into her breaded chicken sandwich and found a raw spot. I went to the counter with sandwich in hand, the manager glanced at my hand and began to speak before fully looking at the sandwich. “I don’t see a raw spot” and went back to socializing with other employees. I walked to the trash to dispose of the undercooked sandwich and I doubt the manager cared that she served us garbage. I’ve seen her be rude to other customers as well. Hopefully she finds a job outside of the service industry because she does not want to be around customers
Worst Arby's ever! Wasted my entire lunch break waiting on them and the food still wasn't done. Had to eat whilr driving back to work. And there was only ONE other customer in the whole place. How is it this slow? Other Arby's in the area are way, way better.
Boy this Arby's is the biggest joke in town.... If I order a chicken sandwich they always try to not make it.... It's going to take 10 minutes to make it's going to take 15 minutes to make.... This place is like a broken record.... I honestly don't know how it stays in business.... The customer service really sucks too let me tell you I'm the one who greets them and says hello I'm the one that says have a great day.... The return response is usually silence.... Sad these days they can't get anybody in management or the workers to actually do a good job
I traveled from out of state and came here because all I really wanted was a turkey Market Fresh Sandwich, I really just wanted the meat and the cheese and the lettuce with no tomato. I thought it was really crazy that I would have to pay for a turkey bacon and ranch sandwich when I really didn't want bacon on it either, sooo.. I start to drive away and get on the highway, only to realize my sandwich was loaded with more than a normal amount of tomatoes, and tons of onions. Ugh.
