I have been here at this Arby's a couple of times in my life, because I live close to it , and I know they always try to make good to great food. But as of today, I'm kind of disappointed with my crispy chicken sandwich that I found a plastic underneath it. The Employees need to do better next time, when cooking and making their food.
Could have gave it 4 Stars, but with this plastic, I found in my sandwich. I started it to bump it down at to 3 Instead.

I pulled to the drive-thru and asked if there was still a special on roast beef sandwiches. The young lady working, instead of just telling me the specials, decided to give us a hard time.
There's another Arby's 1 mile away. Save yourself the frustration, avoid the poor service and go to the other location.
We went on an evening that was slow! We were the only people in there! The crew working got along well and enjoyed working with each other. We could hear them calling out the completion of their tasks as they pushed orders through! No complaints were heard or given! The food was fresh and hot! This Arby's is our go-to location in Lawton!
Went inside to order was "on lunch" from work
The guy was on his phone I stood there waiting to order, another worker pointed and said "you have a customer" he continued to scroll on his phone. I finally put my order in.
The fries were not even full.
They were cold. The sandwiches were also cold not fresh. No sauce in the bag, and no napkins knowing it was a TOGO ORDER.
Worst customer service and not good food at all. Wasted my lunch on that ... ????
I used to be a die hard arby's fan did not mind paying the extra.
Because I could get potato cakes which made them unique from any other fast food restaurant. When they took them away for the first time was disappointed.
Stop going and a little over a month ago, they advertised, they were bringing them back to only have them for a extremely short time. And honestly, i'm not the only person that i've run across with this complaint. Arby's claims they want to get hip and evolve with the times. Guess you're just another cookie cutter restaurant
Came in at lunch time ordered a number 13 with regular crinkle cut fries.. took 20+ minutes to get my food, other customers who ordered before me where still waiting on food some almost 30 mins in the lobby! Ice machine had no ice, poured DP and it was flat, dumped DP and poured coke and it was flat! The workers here seem lost there is no communication and the cooks don’t even know what’s been made or what’s needed and they’re the ones making the food.. awful service!
Literally looks and tastes like it came from a microwave (classic Beef and cheddar), bun was soggy, meat was like warm at best. curly fries were ok, lemonade was good.
Arbys are failing all across America and this is why, you may “Have the meats” but no one wants half cooked meat. I would not recommend this to anyone
I've had horrible experiences at this location this is my second unsatisfactory experience that is worth reaching out to someone about. First off the Google page indicated that this location was open for dining and drive thru. This was not true the locations lobby was closed... for what reason I'm unsure of no reason was given. It took nearly 30 minutes to recieve my order, definitely not fast food standard. But also why when I finally approach the window I see an associate walk around and grab a my order that is next to a cleaning caddy. In this caddy you can visibly see chemicals sitting on a counter next to food being served to customers. Additionally they shorted me two sandwiches.... avoid this location if possible the Sheridan location seems to have their game together.
