Was just there fries are cold like they've been sitting out hardly any meat or cheddar on my sandwich for 12.21 I'll got to Wendy's next time the food is cold and not worth the price!!!!! And not worth my time to go to a website and fill out anything just wont go to that one ever again!!!!
Trash....told to pull up so I assumed they were making fresh food but what I got was one hot item and (poppers) along with fries and boneless wings that must have come out of the refrigerator they were so cold. And the size of the boneless wings were ridiculous with two of them smaller than the tip of my pinkie finger I won't be trying those again.
Let me say that I like my sandwich dirtnasty style and this Arby’s doesn’t disappoint. My go to is the buffalo chicken sandwich and they make it hella sloppy!!! The way I like! By the time I finish my meal there is buffaloes sauce in all the right places. I would give it 5 stars but if I’m being honest there is too many polish peoples around this location.
My husband and I stopped in while waiting in between appointments. Janet was extremely nice! She told us that happy hour was going on at the time and explained to us the deals that were currently happening. (The 2 for $6 I believe.) She was really sweet and patient with us when our debit card wasn't working. Not the fault of the restaurant though. She checked on us while we were eating too.
We originally wanted to put our review in through those QR codes on the tables, but you need your receipt for it. We threw ours out once we got our drinks.
My husband and I went through the Drive thru together today and I just wanted to share how happy we were with one of the employees. I believe that his name is Dallas. He was kind, professional, and overall very helpful. He greeted us, gave us all the sauce we could need, and was friendly! It’s not everyday that you go through a fast food line that is actually pretty busy and get service like that. I hope he has a wonderful night.
Arby's is one of the better fast food chains. This location represents the chain reasonably well.
Horrible customer service skills and rude as hell didn't even say a word at window , need new people working !!!

** Update** I got the same meal at the location on Cleveland Ave South and the au jus tasted really greasy and I was sick all night after eating my meal. Idk if I will ever order that sandwich again, but I do know if I get Arby's I'll travel further to the Cleveland Ave North location because the food tasted like it was freshly made and the au jus didn't taste like a bowl of grease they dipped out of the fryer. I think that the au jus sauce from Cleveland Ave South was well past the use by date and wouldn't be surprised if other people got sick as well.
I'm a big fan of using apps because of the special deals and the ability to earn free items. The roast beef sliders ended up costing $1 instead of $2, but they were pretty skimpy with the roast beef. We actually wanted beef and cheddar sliders, but the option to order it wasn't online, but I see them listed in the items below. I was very happy with the french dip because it was a deal on the app and cost only $3, which is over half off.
