Best WLM Reviews
One of the cleanest restaurants I've been in. This place has lots of seats and each time I've come the place is very clean. While it is just a fast food place I can see people visiting to sit down and enjoy their meal here.
Visited tonight 3/8/23. Team on shift were wonderful! Almost no wait time. Professional at the drive thru from ordering to leaving. Young lady was super nice! Fries were fresh, French dips were delicious, and the sweet tea tonight…….TOO DAMN GOOD!!!
Lady behind the counter was very rude. Left this restaurant without ordering. Drove all the way to bastin Virginia to the Arby's there to get food. The people in Bastin were very nice.
Good service. They confused our order but made it right. The double roast beef sandwich was packed full of meat and very tasty. Disappointed that the milkshake machine was down. Side salad is very green. Marketside turkey bacon sandwich quite good.
I appreciate Arby's offerings; however, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I typically place my order online. Unfortunately, the employees are discourteous and often ignore me at the speaker, requiring me to go to the window. The night crew tends to close early, contradictory to the establishment's declared closing time of 1 am. I have noticed they close between 12 am and 12:30 am. While I acknowledge that younger employees may not intend to be rude, I strongly suggest that the team receives proper customer service training as soon as possible. Today is July 8th, and it is currently 12:36 am.
I was on my way to grocery store and seen the signs about the potatoe cakes being back. So I called husband and told him to get dressed I'm coming back to get him. And went to eat. Everything was great!!! They should be permanently on menu please. Thank you
Great food and great deals. Caught Arby's during happy hour. $1 fries, $1.49 premium all white meat real chicken nuggets, and dollar drinks. Got a free sandwich on the app too. Staff was friendly and very nice. Very helpful and just made the visit that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend!
