This is one of my favorite places to eat here in town because the food is excellent and the cheese sticks are super cheesy.
I love Arby's but I hate that they got rid of the ham. Why would they do that? My favorite sandwich was the ham and Swiss. Stop like the roast beef and cheddar classic, but it's not the same without the ham.
I waited & watched as others that ordered behind me getting their food & already at table eating. I walked back up to the counter & cashier sees me & then starts getting my order. She fixes it for dine in which I'd told her to go. I notice as she is bagging the items that the sandwiches look small. Anyways I'd already started backing up & thought I better check. I had 2 slingers, so I'm already running late at this point but gotta go back in. Told her I didn't order sliders & receipt states 2 regulars. She goes & puts one in the bag, walks to the back & starts having a conversation with another employee. I could hear her saying it's the woman's order that her prepaid debit card was declined so I paid with cash. The point is there was no reason to be saying that, just get my order correct. When I heard her say that, I laid my keys rather loudly on the counter & told them to just give me my money back. At that point another emply comes out & puts in another sandwich. I never have trouble with Arby's & food is usually good. This time the roast beef wasn't very warm or the curly fries. They left one slider in the bag & I opened it to feed to my furbaby, and the meat was cold. Don't know what happened here but do better.
They forgot my cup of hot cheddar cheese for my curly fries....but other than that one time the service was great...
I got a Cheeseburger with bacon and they didn't put cheese or bacon on ut very upset with you Arby's
Cleanest restaurant and Arby's we have been to. Bathrooms are checked every 30 minutes. They were cleaning the tables in the dining room. Order was fine and the cashier was very nice.
Took our order then got the food 30 min later and it was wrong then waited another 20 min before they told me they were out of items so I asked for a refund and waited another 20 min for a manager to refund my money. Manager gets an attitude giving the refund. Do not eat here
Fast, friendly and well prepared food is what should happen at a restaurant, they achieved this goal.
