They refused to make my mom fresh apple turnovers. Considering she just had surgery and needed it very soft. Whenever we ordered we specified fresh they allowed us to pay and followed up saying “we don’t make fresh Apple turnovers”….. we’ve been coming there for years so this is completely new! Very disappointed you guys will not receive our business anymore!

Was told the 3 for $5 was sliders only and that's what he had to get then has the sign for strawberry milk shakes and when I ordered on was told no they don't have them and probley won't ever get them it's a drive threw order with the girl and huge nose ring
The new manager is nice. But Arby's needs to get the general manager off the couch to help and also train the team. Waiting 20 minutes for fast food because they forgot to cook the food is ridiculous. This Arby's should be closed and just staff the others. It's obvious the owner doesn't care about service. I do not recommend going here, if you want Arby's go to the one on hwy 21. It at least seems like the owner and managers care there
Honestly I'm still a little iffy on this place. Twice I drove up to the drive up speaker and asked to get some roast beefs and they told me that they were out of roast beef!! I asked if i was at arbys and they told me i was. Another time i went they said the system was down and they didn't know how to restart it!! Wow. I was wondering if they was going to stay in business. Recently however it looks like they got a new manager and some experienced people and they got us out fast with very fresh food! Went in and ate last time and they got our food fast and it was very good! The girl even had a smile on her face!! I will be going back to give more experience but i think they have turned a corner and seem to be doing way better. My stars are given as an over all score.
They changed the bread on the classic roast beef which was nasty. They only had tea or water I got tea I tasted it it tasted like the needed to clean the tea jug out. When I looked at the bottom of the cup stuff was floating around in the tea. Lobby is closed. And they didn’t give us straws.
Have them three stars for being clean and nice, but my sandwich looked nothing like the picture. It was more like a pancake. Was supposed to be a classic beef and cheddar.
This Arby's is slow!!! Would have been quicker to have gone all the way to the one on hwy 21. Then got home and found my Roasted Turkey Bacon Ranch had no Ranch??
