The manager is a saint! We broke down here and ate lunch 10-07-24, lunch was good enough but the best part was the staff, lovely lovely kind people. Thank you so much!
This has been the second time I have had a horrible experience going through the drive-through at this location. I have been coming here since I was a little girl and it has never been this bad. When pulling up to the drive-through, it took at least five minutes for me to be acknowledged. The lady that was taking orders seemed very irritated and was very short. When pulling up to the drive-through, she did not greet me, but only told me my total. Although I was the only one in the drive-through and there was only one customer in the building, it took almost 10 minutes for me to get 3 regular meals. I have worked in food service, and I understand that sometimes food is cooked to order, but I think it is important to let the customer know why the food is taking a long time. Both times I visited I was given no explanation but left at the window with no idea how long it would be. This will probably be the last time I order from this Arby’s. It is really sad that this location has become this way as I would order there frequently if it weren’t for the very poor customer service.
Yesterday I was out for some groceries and decided to stop in to pick up some lunch on the way home. I ordered through the app and when I went inside to pick up my food: I realized I had made a mistake. There was a huge line of people waiting to have their order taken as well as a huge backlog of people waiting for their food. I waited in the line and when I got to the cashier I told him I had a mobile order. He asked for the name, I told him and he said that he didn’t have that name in his system. I showed him my app and he just sent me away and said I would have to speak to the manager. After about 10 minutes of waiting my name finally appeared in their ordering system. I placed the order on the app at 12:50PM, and the app said it would be ready by 1:00PM for pickup. I didn’t receive my food until after 1:30PM. I think if the food had been cheap it may have been worth it, but I paid $40 for terrible service and mid food. Won’t be back to this location. The employees were trying hard but whoever does the scheduling here needs to learn how to manage a restaurant.
Anisa was super accommodating and friendly when we walked to to the window. She kindly explained that the dining area is closed and most of the time you need a car for the drive thru. We explained that we were in a 53 foot truck that would not make it. She took our order anyway. As a truckers wife, I appreciated this so much. If we're in town I will definitely visit this location again. Highly recommend!!!!
Never fails....every single time I come here. Noone will be in line but me and 1 car. Takes 10 years to PLACE the order and then even longer to GET the food.
Yall need to get some staff if your short or people who actually have a sense of urgency. Lady at the drive through is nice enough but slow as Christmas. Sheesh. Every time. I'll drive to the athens Arby's next time. This one takes way too long... everytime
Food is good but they messed up the order and left one whole meal off. I offered to pay for the meal at the window and they refused got an attitude and said I would have to get back in line behind 8 other cars. It was there mistake and they were not willing to fix it I do not recommended coming here.
If you've been to an Arby's before, and liked it, this one probably won't disappoint. If you haven't, and are not vegetarian, that stuff you've heard about Arby's probably isn't true. Their meat does not, in fact, get shipped in liquid form. It's an Arby's, what do you want from me?
Typical Arby's except, they played religious music in a public restaurant?
Although food was served hot and fast, that music was a turn off, since we are both an Atheist...need to kerp that to themselves and NOT impinge upon OUR preference.
We DO NOT recommend and we WILL NOT evr return to THIS Arby's ever again.
