They definitely took my order right when I pulled up and I definitely did not have to go inside after and wait for them to finish arguing to make my food. The food was absolutely warm when I got it and that was the best Arby's experience I've ever had in my life. Really really impressed.
The front cashier guy (had dark brown hair and facial hair; looked to be a college kid) was very nice. He added things to my order that we forgot to add.
The food was cold but I don't mind when your cashier is nice ???? Can't really blame the people.

Absolutely awful timing in the drive-thru today, I have an hour lunch break and I was here nearly half of it because not only was the speaker busted, but they were incredibly understaffed.
95% of the time, everything's perfect. Except that one time on the the person in the drive through obviously didn't want to be there.
Fries were Luke warm. the roast beef sandwich wasnot hot .
The beef was sliced chunky.
I don't mind paying 10.95 for a combo
, but it should be hot. The sandwich shouldn't be tough to eat
