I enjoy Arby's food. Unfortunately, this time and many before are becoming a disappointment. This shops floor are extremely sticky and gross. Tables are dirty, bathrooms too.
This last time was my last straw. I ordered two kids' meals and 1 value meal. It took 18 mins to deliver my food. There was a family ahead of us that waited 25 mins. We were both agitated. The drive-through was flowing fine while inside families were stacking up. I counted 6 inside waiting at one point. I asked the manager if there were offering anything for our excessive wait. He said... we have apple pies. I was like... that's it. He then said some had to wait 30 mins. I would have left if it was only me. Dragging two young kids in, order than tell them you have to leave, is a nightmare.
Custom service really is a disappointment.
Arby's lost my business.

Update Sept 17th- The manager of the Arby’s called me and apologized for the service. I really appreciate that Arby’s follows up on their reviews and tries to make the situation right. Thank you Arby’s!
What Arby’s runs out of roast beef twice in a 4 week period? The first time was at 9:15at night. I was told there wouldn’t be any roast beef until 10:00. Understandable, it can happen. The second time happened just now, at 12:30 - lunch hour- on a Friday afternoon. The drive through attendant told me there wouldn’t be any roast beef for 10 minutes. I whiled away the 10 minutes in the parking lot. Go back through the drive through and am greeted with the statement, “ hello, we are out of roast beef for 10 minutes”. To which I replied, “ I came through 10 minutes ago and you told me the same thing.” To which the attendant replied, “well, it will be 10 more minutes.” Seriously, Arby’s???? Apparently, you DO NOT HAVE THE MEATS.
We were just Arby's and we were total engorged. We were the only one in the restaurant. We had our dog with us in which was in her buggy. The guy just looked at us and walk outside to talk on his phone. After that we left and went to Culver and had a great meal. How rude is this. Se were their two weeks with the dog no problem.
This is the 3rd time I have tried to get Arby's from this location... Always around 8:00 pm. They have been out of Roast Beef all three times! What is going on here??? Crazy.
The drive thru took forever. They said it would be a minute.I finally had to talk to the speaker to get them to take my order . When I pulled around there wasn't even a car there. It was like they had forgotten me until I reminded them I was still waiting to order.
Would give negative starts if I could. Very unorganized!! First off they forgot about the lady in front of me that they parked and the window person had to remind them. I ordered 5 beef and cheddars with 4 of the 5 no sauce. Well I got only 4 sandwiches with double sauce????? No cheese. And all of the sandwiches were cold. You want to raise prices because of inflation ok but you need to do better if you are going to charge more. I will never go to this Arby’s again.
I had the Reuban which I usually do, and love....also ordered large curly fries as I share this with my husband. The Fries were inedible...they must have refried them to the point of becoming too hard...disappointing to say the least.
The burgers at Arby's are each cooked to order and are miles ahead of the hamburgers found in other well-known, fast food franchises.
