This place is so very horrible the cashier name was Eva she has a horrible way of handling customers. She really needs a new job or some serious training. She makes this place look bad and her attitude has to go. The food is slapped together and a bit disgusting. I really hope management steps in and speaks to there employees. We are paying for a service and goods not for rudeness and poor food performance.
This restaurant does not do mobile orders. Probably because they charge $1.10 red ranch dressing on a sandwich!!!!!!! Red ranch dressing has always been free since the beginning of time. Then they're out of jalapeno poppers..... I just left....
Sadly, I have to make this review. Every time I go to this Arby’s location there seems to be an issue. And I know that they are short staffed so of course I am pretty tolerant and have patience. However, today was just beyond ridiculous… Keep in mind. I have sat as long as 20 minutes waiting on my food through the drive-through and Have never said anything but today I went to the drive-through to place an order and waited for someone to offer to take it, and they finally came on and informed me that they would get with me, but they had four other customers that they had to take care of first in the store Line so of course I said that is fine. I will wait because it was obvious that they were shortstaffed, but when I waited and waited and waited and other people were waited on in the store and I was left sitting there for 30 minutes with no other communication I was very upset because it was more than disrespectful. It was pure rude… They could have at least come back on and asked me to come inside or just apologize that they have shut down the drive-through. I did pull up to the window and there was no one to be seen however there was two people in line That were not in line when I pulled up to the drive-through… I did not end up ordering anything… Typically, I purchase their turkey ranch, bacon, market fresh sandwich and jalapeño poppers.
This Arby’s is inside a TA Travel Center, which overall had trash on the floors and did not look too clean. I was able to order quickly but waited a while to receive the food. The chicken nuggets had a bitter aftertaste, but the gyro and curly fries were fine. The prices were reasonable. Overall, I wouldn’t go back nor recommend this location.
Katelyn and Andrea are amazing together food came out quick and fresh there customer service skills are superb we need more Katelyns and Andreas in this world
I was just at the Arby’s in Bellville Fl and sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came on the speaker. I gave him my order that was probably $50 worth of food and he wasn’t even listening. I drove off and he stood at the drive thru window cussing at me and threatened to knock me out! I couldn’t believe it. I will never go back to that establishment!
This place is horrible. I have been calling the lady, and she is there, but she acts like she didn't hair me. After about 10 minutes, I left. I do even trust their service. I want to complain, but this wasn't very pleasant.
Walked in and the server/cashier finally spoke to us waiting to order that they were not taking orders because they did not have enough workers. However, a gentleman was at a table eating a full meal.
We walked over to Popeyes next to the counter. Within 2 minutes, two different people came in and she took their orders!
Like what?? What was her job?
2:30 in the afternoon!
