I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches. After a 20 minute wait in line, I was number 3, I finally got my order. I requested horsey sauce and was told it was in the bag. I asked for salt and pepper and some was dropped into the bag.
What did I get? 4 packs of BBQ sauce I didn't request and won't use. 2 packs of horsey sauce, minimum for 2 sandwiches. 1 salt and 3 peppers, enough salt for 1 sandwich and enough pepper for 1 1/2 sandwiches.
I've had it! You people do a sorry job and this ain't the first time but it will be the last.
Ordered dinner for the family & all was well until I bit into my Roast beef sandwich & there was a weird taste. Turns out, the top bun was burnt, BLACK!!! NOT cool to serve someone that! Don't sacrifice quality for speed. ANYBODY can serve a brick in 5 seconds!
Food love it, lady at counter around 10 to 10:15 am could use be friendly but once ya get her talking she good to go be should hear a greeting and see a smile but I didn't get that.
But I love roast beef sandwich from the establishment.
I haven't had the best luck with our local fast food. BUT, Arby's just became my new favorite thing!! The food was amazing. It was fresh, tasted great!! And I hope folks give it a chance. Whoever is working there & running the place... y'all get a 10!!! Thank you!
We had a wonderful experience at Arby’s this evening. The gentleman taking our order had amazing customer service skills and was so kind and prompt. He clearly cared about his job and the service he provided his customers. Thank you, Alex in the drive thru!
Food was hot and tasty. Service was ok. Cashier seemed distracted and was trying to do too many things at once instead of focusing on the customer in front of her. Restaurant was clean and drink and condiment station was well stocked.
We ordered from the drive through. There was only 1 car in front of us and we ended up waiting 20 minutes in total. Our order was right except for the potato cakes were still cold inside. The people working were all in slow motion. Well you would have just left but we already paid. Come on guys, step it up
Very impressive Arby’s location. When I walked in to order I was taken a back by the fact on the counter they had a placard which showed their accessibility statement and how they accept and help their customers with disabilities. Wow!! Wow!! The staff was on it when I walked in and they walked the walk. I ordered and sat down, my food was out in short order and was hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and polite. Restaurant was clean.
