I've been very impressed with this Arby's lately, it's really turned around! I had pretty much quit coming here due to the long waits and getting cold food. The last few times though the service has been fast and very friendly, and the food's been fresh and hot! Back to being my favorite place!
Often I am looking for their fish sandwiches but no luck most of the times. Please make this available for us. Their curly fries taste goods. I hope that they do not use any port fat or mix any meat with the fish and fries items.
Interestingly this store is not compatible with Arby’s mobile app. I don’t know why?
Drive ask for diet got 2 regular ask for curly fries on one got home both crinkles no sauce fries taste like fish not fresh got dink full ice no drink hardly

I hate writing negative reviews, but sometimes it's unavoidable!
Previously I rated this Arbys with 5 stars. Recently went there for lunch and waited, no exaggeration, 17-20 minutes in the drive through! People were leaving the line! Then, when I get there, the young lady says $11.65 please...we don't have diet soda". Asks me what I want instead, so I said water please! Gets me the water and says "that'll be $11.65 please" (she was very polite) and I questioned why the price didn't go down and she told the meal cost the same with water or drink!
Nope. I drove off. It's not her fault if that's Arby's policy to charge me $2 for a water after making me waste my entire allotted luch time and not getting what I wanted. I don't blame her at all. Went straight across the street and Burger King was happy to take my $$!lol I know- I'm really the bad guy here in this review because I drove off (w/out food or drink) but staying that long, being told I had to pay full price for a water and not hearing any sort of contrition for taking so long (c'mon- that was my lunchtime!) I snapped. Sorry. Wish the young lady well!
I don't mind if the price goes up a little bit but when you get a small french fry it's smaller and there's no french fries sticking out of it I counted 13 french fries it's ridiculous
LeAnn, the cashier always greets us with a smile and gets our order, the food is hot and fresh . The folks in the kitchen are always appreciative when We ring the bell on the way out
