During my inaugural visit to this establishment, I was immensely pleased when they graciously accommodated my sizable order, comprising six distinct items necessitating separate transactions—a convenience not universally extended by certain unnamed competitors.
While the quality of the cuisine was commendable, regrettably, there was a slight mishap with my order. Despite requesting the wagyu burger, I received the cheesy bacon burger instead.
However, aside from this discrepancy, the experience was satisfactory. The manager assured me of rectifying the error promptly. Hence, I've rated this establishment with four stars, withholding the fifth until the issue concerning my order is amicably resolved.
Oh, their curly fries are to-die-for! Can't go wrong with those.

Went through drive through and no body was in line and Karri told me to pull up, I asked if I could wait.. then after receiving sandwich I found that there was cheese all over the place in bad and coming out of wrapper! Very poor service and very poor management. Karri was the employee that took care of me
Well Dan Arby’s management at the 151st and Metcalf location was just there in the drive-through. The customer service I received from Bell at the window was exceptional. Thank you for hiring such an amazing spirited person. She deserves a raise.????
I have moved feelings about this particular location. Service is not consistent as far as friendliness is concerned. There have been at least 3 times I doubted I would ever come back. Then there are times when I can't say enough about the friendliness and service.
This location has gone majorly downhill - to the point of it being not edible. I came through 3 weeks ago and got hard pieces of beef (like plastic-hard) in both of my roast beef sandwiches. I asked for a refund and was given a refund - no big deal.
I thought I would try it again 3 weeks (and sone change) later. Unfortunately, I got the same garbage (pictured). I asked for a refund (again) for the 2 sandwiches I received, but wanted to warn others about making the sake mistake. They’re sending out plastic-y roast beef and when pointed out 3 weeks ago - didn’t change anything.
Might want to try a different restaurant.
Mozz sticks were not cooked all the way and only like two little pieces of beef on a 2 dollar slider. Last time going to this one. I use to go before work when I could afford it. I can't spend what little I have on bad food
Went for hash browns which are called potato cakes and are very tasty and cheap. Unfortunately no breakfast menu and every one seemed confused.
This restaurant is very hit or miss, like the other fast food places. The food is sometimes good but sometimes undercooked. The service is sometimes good but sometimes screw up your order or be mean. Just depends on how busy it is.
Also, the bbq boneless wings is probably the worst things i put in my mouth beside… other stuff
