Only one in the drive thru tooks 11 mins for food after being pulled up in drive thru… to come home to a raw burger not one burger not two but all three burgers were clearly red inside … also this is what size fry??? 60.00 spent for this i am taking this to the state on this one..
The meat was burnt and they served it anyways. Tasted burnt too. Dried out and disgusting. Last time there for me
Went to this location at 4:45 on a Wednesday. Told they didn't have any roast beef What? Arby's had no roast beef. They were cooking it. Not very well prepared. But the crew working were having a great ole time. Ordered something else off the menu and sat in the dining room at the only almost clean table. Even the rest rooms were dirty. But again still the crew were laughing and joking about how they should just greet the customers at the door and tell them to leave. Last time at this location
I notice the loaded fries that entailed fries, chicken and bacon. I received the fries cold, the chicken is hard and cold, the bacon is not even crumbled oh and by the way the bacon strips are cold as well. They didn’t even try and make the fries appear to be “loaded fries” welp $5 gone down the drain, check all your food before you pull off from here!
Visited on our way to an attraction on our vacations we ordered food in the drive through. They asked me to pull forward and wait so i did. They brought out the food and we were completely missing 1 full entre a kids meal and a drink. I had to go in after a little while. I walked in and they were talking about me and my order for 2 adults and 5 kids. We spent right at $50 and felt like it wasn't busy enough for all these mistakes. And I felt like I was bothering them. Food tasted fine but over all not a good experience at all.
A great experience! I love this Arby’s! Today I came for dinner and I used a coupon for: Buy 2 Beef & Cheddar sandwiches for $6.00. Then I bought a small Diet Coke. I ate 1 sandwich and drank the soda at the restaurant and took the other sandwich home for another meal for the next day. The clerk took my order quickly and the food was prepared very fast. The sandwich was nice & hot and tasted great. The Diet Coke also had a great taste and there was plenty of ice. I really enjoyed my visit. When I left, I rang the bell which indicates I received such a great experience.
Gave my card at the window she ran it and handed it back .i said thank you with no reply. When I received the bag again said thank you with no response. My chicken slider I end up throwing it away. The full size chicken wasn’t too bad. Businesses work very hard to gain customers when the loss is from the employees. Felt like I was a bother to the staff, probably will not return.
Out of roast beef, dining room filthy, floors, tables, back of booths. Staff loud and immature playing. Saw 8 customers walk out because they were out of roast beef and staff thought it was amusing. Chicken sandwich was awful ????
