If I could give zero stars I would. This evening. I ordered a number 1. I was given only a drink and told to park and wait for the rest of my meal. After waiting 20 mins I decided to go inside. Once inside I was told an employee stole my food and left for the night and that employee laughed in my face. I was told I would have to wait more time for it to be made all over again. I asked for a refund and I was told I had to wait on that as well. Mind you there were no customers inside the store and only one at the window. With two drive thru employees standing together and one cook on staff. The cook was nice but stated they would help but do not work the cash register. This is the worst customer service I was ever received in my life. I will never eat at this location again.
I don't mean to be rude but when I order a chicken bacon swiss, I expect bacon. Curly fries were cold. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my boyfriend had never even been to an Arby's because he is from the Ukraine. Great first experience thanks.
Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order in the drve through line at 12am. No one said anything. Drove around saw a man on the phone at the window so I drove around to the drive through again. Waited another 5 minutes sill no service.
So nice and friendly and I love the food. It was hot and delicious. Like I always love it. Very thankful.
I should have known this wasn't going to be good when I pulled into the empty parking lot. Two employees, 1 male, 1 female, were outside. The male was sitting on the curb by the door, and the female leaning against a white truck. I pulled around to the speaker, and the voice was very faint. I ordered and pulled around. The 1 inside employee told me to pull down however, no one was behind me. He seemed annoyed. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. It was pathetic, cold, and the sauce dripping out of it. I WON'T BE BACK. Where are the quality restaurants??
It just costs too much now. I miss it when we had the 5 beef and cheddar for $5 deals. Those were an amazing value.
My favorite Arby’s. Everyone seems so happy to be there and my order is never wrong! If you need a cheap quick fix Arby’s is it
Super nice people, just look at this discolored roast beef on the edges! Disgusting!!!! Never WILL GO BACK!!!! Tasted a week old and threw it out and left. Two bites made my stomach hurt for two days..
