The rest of Arby's need to take notes because this is the BEST Arby's sandwich I've ever had! They actually put the MEATS in this mf! Shout out to the lady making these SMAAAACKIN SAMMICHES in the back! You're the real MVP!!
We waited 10 minutes after being told to pull up and wait because they were cooking our food fresh.
I guess they needed to extra time to burn the mac & cheese bites. The young man in the drive thru was not very polite.
I usually look for the good in the service or food l receive when eating out, but lately everywhere l go either the food or service or BOTH is terrible. Sign of the times l guess.
Customer service was terrible and sandwich was thrown together and looked like someone had smashed it.
It's fast food place. There ok. Quality is hit or miss. I usually get good food, but I also got a sandwich once that had no meat on it at all. There was a very long1 line and I was in a hurry and didn't check until I already left and couldn't get back to show them or I didn't have food essentially after I left. It really sucked.
Service was great, the store was clean, the employees were friendly. We received our orders quickly and we're eating within minutes.
Food took over 10 min. When arrived home find out I got curly fries and wanted regular fries. My fault for not looking. Fish was like frozen fish sticks that came from the microwave. Will not be going back to this location
Wad zup wid Arby's shake machine. I had lunch here 8-24-24 regular roast beef sandwich, potatoe cakes, and a Jamocha shake. It was great. Returned 8-31-24 for the same but shake machine was down. I settled for the same without the shake. I returned 9-7-24 and the shake machine was still down or down again. I asked for any other Arby location and they sent me to Reno just west of Air Depot. Walked in and ordered regular roast beef, potatoe cakes and a Jamocha shake. Their shake machine was down. For weeks on end I had the same experience with Arby's on NW 39th street. I may be obsessive about Jamocha shakes, but I think it is because I cannot seem to get one, except on the rarest of circumstances.
Drive thru guy was the most polite human I've come across in a decade or two. Back line did him dirty by putting lettuce on my chicken sandwich even tho that's the only thing I asked for... But can't even be mad cause the customer service I received was top tier
