Best WLM Reviews
So I received coupons and decided to take a chance. I had not been to Arby’s in YEARS!! And I was completely let down. I tried the mozzarella sticks. Crispy exterior but the taste was terrible, no flavor and the marinara sauce was terrible. The classic beef with cheddar was terrible. There was to be some red sauce on it but there was maybe a drop. The meat has no flavor . The cheese tasted like water. The sprite was flat. The fries were very tasty. I will never eat here again.
The service was horrible!!! But they can't mess up a meat and bread sandwich... The secret is not to ask for to much... Keep it SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!
Total wait time in drive through line was 6:23 from pull up to the end of the line to the pull away from the order window, Sunday afternoon about 2:15pm. 5 people (including me) in line (2 at the window and 2 in front of me). Ordered about $40 in food. Person taking order confirmed the order, we realized it was wrong, he quickly corrected it. Gave us the total. We pulled to window after others had left, Ari was at the window. We were greeted with a simple "Hi" and a smile. Confirmed our order again, and this time was correct. He had a little issue taking cash as we gave him enough change to break $100 into 3 $20s. Gave us our order in 3 large bags, all items were correct and hot and present. We even got fries and they were fresh and hot as well. We tried the loaded curly fries as well (pictured). Bacon was a little under cooked but still good. Half pound sandwiches were good (pictured) and what you'd expect from Arby's. Only gripe I had is we did not receive napkins or sauces, but we did not ask for any sauces. Other places usually ask if we want some. I simply forgot to ask so i'll write that one off for myself. Good quick service and friendly people. Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I wouldn't call this time very busy at all, but it was def moving well and consistent.
The new Gyro wraps were really good and one was plenty enough for me! The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful and the whole place including the restrooms was sparkling clean. All great!
I stopped at Arby’s in olive branch for lunch on Wednesday and had to return today for lunch A+ on service , I must say the place is cleaned up nice, customer service is 100% better than before everyone is so nice and friendly. I sat down to eat and the new GM “can’t remember her name” came over and introduced her self and checked on me even asked if I needed a refill on my drink..
I have never gotten that from any Arby’s. Keep up the good work I will be returning
This Arby’s is very disappointing, I ordered 7 chicken tenders as a side for my main order, I didn’t find out that they didn’t give it to me until I reached home, the chicken in my chicken sandwich was as hard as a ROCK. Don’t come to this Arby’s it’s bad
Good fresh food, unique menu and usually quick service. Regularly trying different menu items and reasonably priced.
We go to Arby’s often. Ever since the new GM, Tonia, started, the whole atmosphere has changed. The whole place is clean, the staff seems happier and that makes the food taste better. We need more managers like Tonia…
